Panda Express was as good here in Circleville as it has been at any other Panda Express in many other cities and states. Only... one problem was they were out of my favorite Honey Wslnut Shrimp at the time. But that was to be expected since it was lunchtimewhile I was there. No problem. I never review but this experience was so terrible that I immediately felt I should. I just went to the Circleville, Ohio Panda... Express, the girl taking my order told me that she couldn?t change the recipe for me all because I asked her if I could get thechow mein without veggies. Very rude, was just a question. The first meal I asked for she said I would have to wait ten mins forit so I just got the Orange chicken. Can?t go wrong with that right? Wrong!!! It?s like they added more spice to it. Never hadOrange chicken so spicy. It literally burned so bad I threw it away. Love spicy food too so for it to be that spicy I couldn?tbelieve it. I have been there so many times and from this experience I won?t ever go back. There are so many other places thatserves Chinese. Seriously, it?s crazy! If you decide to go, be warned. Read more
Not sure what happened to my order, however I had ordered the item plate which was 10.50. What I had ordered mushroom chicken,... Beijing beef and orange chicken, with half chowman and stir fry. What I had received was the beef in a small container with nobroccoli and maybe just maybe a very small piece of chicken and two mushrooms for the mushroom chicken and the orange chickenwas about 5 piece I believe. Horrible operationally. Online order for 11:30am, still waiting 20 minutes later. No sense of urgency, food is still being... cooked to fill the woks. Needs new management. Feel sorry for the crew. ****Update. Went here again this week to give it asecond try. So much better in terms of service and performance. Food tasted great! Changing my review from 1 star to 4! A shame I couldn't give this place 0 stars. The past 3 times we've ordered take out here something has always been wrong. This... time will be the last! Food was mismatched, under cooked and had sit so long it was cold. When I called to speak with themanager was given nearly every BS excuse they could come up with. Then offered a free plate of food to make up for the $50 orderof ruined food I wouldn't feed my dogs. I understand that it's getting hard to find good help nowadays but this ridiculous. Read more
The order clearly states veggie spring rolls, yet an hour and a half after placing the order, I still didn't get them. Tried to... call the restaurant, only to find nobody can answer the phone. Also, requested chop sticks, didn't get those either. The food isalmost ice cold by the time it got here because the Grubhub driver lives 30 miles away.... this is by far the WORST experienceI've had dealing with a Panda Express. Read more
One word of my first impression every being to a Panda Express, "Amazing!!!" -Details- Atmosphere was Great, Quiet, Clean, Nice... Layout, Cozy place. Workers were very Courteous and even offered small samples on a toothpick for first-timers. Price was goodfor the amount of food you get. All the food looked and tasted fresh and excellent. Would be a great place to bring yourSpecial Someone for a Dinner Date or just a nice lunch alone. Ordering is similar to subway where you choose what you want inyour bowl or plate from the food behind the glass. Plenty of good food to choose from, sure wouldn't be a place to get tired ofeating there. Plenty of drink options to choose from, bottled specialty sodas at the counter or fountain drink cups where youcan get the common soda drinks at the fountain including fresh brewed tea, (Sweet or Unsweet). Chopsticks are provided withyour order but forks, straws, and napkins are also available at the fountain drink stand. Drinking cups are very sizable andthe "Large" is huge. They are currently Hiring more employees so it's normal to expect a small wait when they are busy andstaff members are trying to fill orders from drive through and front counter. As with any New Popular restaurant in town, alittle patience will go along ways. I visited between lunch and dinner time and the place was nearly empty and walked right inand was next up to order thought later towards dinner time (amd a weekend) it started getting busy and I did see a line startingto form. Very busy and only 3 employees there. 1 at drive thru, 1 taking and filling orders (appeared new as he didn't know the meals... well yet) and 1 cooking and doing orders, and cashier. They did a fantastic job of it. Not easy to be so busy and keep yourcool! 1 star off because this means not all foods or drinks are available when there isn't a full staff. That's the bosses,owners and management's fault. Get off your a*$*$ from home and get in there to help! Read more
