Unfortunately this experience was HORRIBLE. Untrained staff, filthy silverware(photo is after I wiped it off and thought maybe I... should take a picture), heated/warmed yogurt(stopped my daughter from eating it when she asked if it was supposed to be meltedwhipped cream or yogurt. Tasted it and read the menu, vanilla yogurt. Warm and runny and clumpy.) I had the chicken with shrimp,which came with it's excellent digestive tract intact, yummy AND chewy. My chicken was overcooked AND undercooked. For instantmashed potatoes, Betty crocker is better. When the server brought us napkins and saw me cleaning my silverware, nothing wasmentioned about bringing clean untensils. The bathroom was...gross. That spot on the faucet where you can tell there issomething on it, that's because I wiped it off to see what it was. How this place passed ANY inspection is beyond me. I justhope we don't end up hugging the porcelain gods all night. Oh and not to mention the nifty quick escape from the bathrooms outthe fire(?) door, perfect for a grab and dash. If it seemed like someone would have cared I would have spoken to a manager, butthat was clearly not going to do anything except make someone else have a terrible night. Great service, very reasonably priced and all of the food was delicious also, the chips and salsa were SOOOOO GOOD!!
We were a party of six and sat at the bar to order instead of waiting for a table. Five of us got our food at the same time, but... one member of our party had to wait for his to arrive and when it did, the steak wasn't cooked the way he requested, so itdisappeared for about another 10 minutes. When he finally got his meal, the steak wasn't flavored much, but they do offer A1 andsome other sauces if you need them. The riblets and fries were good. I wish we would have arrived a bit earlier for some of theHappy Hour food deals. Someone else in our party ordered the baby back ribs and even though they are about 3 to 4 times the sizeof the riblets, they don't seem to have very much meat. Service was okay. Read more
I've been to this location twice. Once when it was newer and now recent and I will tell you this, it has declined! Had Shrimp n... parmesan Sirloin and food wasn't bad, just wasn't great. Steak and potatoes were luke warm. The house salad was good but thesalad came out in a bowl with the ranch container sitting on the salad..just gross to have dinnerware on food. I asked uponarrival if they had white rice and was told yes at first. Bartender Sarah M came back & informed me that in fact they didn'thave white rice but had 2 other kinds of rice. I asked to taste a cilantro style before I ordered & she walked around for 10minutes before coming back to tell me her manager said no I couldn't taste it as it was already portioned out?? Not sure whatthats about but I just had potatoes. I'm adding pictures of the bar area, NOTE the ice cream box lid was open the entire time Iwas there and the bartender had stacks n stacks of glasses and dishes sitting there..she constantly went in back and brought outnew glasses instead of running the washer...it wasn't that busy..weird? No matter what Applebee's we go to, if I order a burger it ends up being raw inside. This last trip was no exception. I asked... for well done no pink on my whiskey bacon burger. We ended up having to leave shortly after getting our food. I should have cutmy burger open before leaving but I didn't. When I got home and went to eat my burger I discovered a mostly raw patty. Was ok. My salad bowl was actually very good. They served my wife's fish Jon of Arc style. I'm surprised they even let that... go out of kitchen. The back area did seem very busy...with employees talking to each other. Bartender reminded me of old SNLskit The Loud Family. The person who brought out our appetiser wouldn't make any eye contact or acknowledge our thank you. Read more
