Ordered 2 steak burrito bowls that showed via DoorDash and the bowls were 90% rice! A few pieces of steak, I barely saw a black... bean and a sprinkling of romaine on the top. If I want a bowl of rice, I'll make it at home! I dont know if Chipotle does thispurposely on DoorDash orders because there isnt as much profit or what, but never ordering again until I can see what theirputting in a bowl. Read more
Both me and my husband got the brown rice in tacos and a burrito and half of it wasn't even cooked. Fully hard, crunchy and... almost broke some teeth. You had one job guys. Read more
Wish I could give no stars, this chipotle is nasty very dirty. As I was walking in there was dog throw up on the concrete, the... worker was flirting with my bf and rude to me, she then needed help but everybody working was to busy standing around the cashregister talking she had to stop and go ask them for help. I enjoy the food that they serve it's always good, But, the workers are extremely rude! At this store anyways, I've experienced... rude workers the last 2 visits. The lines usually long so plan on that, and the food is worth the wait. Kinda expensive also. Read more
every time i come to this location there?s a problem with my order. i?ve gotten the wrong order, missing items, as well as hair... in my food. these things have happened multiple times. i never leave reviews but with food i feel like they need to get ittogether. sucks when you live 5 minutes away but they never get it right so you have to drive further away just to get what youpaid for. chipotle do better. While the food at this location is fine, we have regularly had issues with their mobile ordering and waiting times. Today was... the fourth time we?ve waited close to an hour for our food. My husband ordered and food was supposed to be ready by 6:40pm. Hewas there on time. The regular line was busy and emptied 3 times over before he received our order. He asked where our order wasafter 20 minutes with no response from the busy kitchen, and after 40 minutes he asked if he should just get in line since theystill hadn?t filled the order, and no response yet again. Apparently the number of ppl waiting for their mobile orders keptgrowing as well. The amount of food in the actual orders was underwhelming as well. I love this location!! Aaliyah the cashier goes above and beyond to help out and get everything I need each time I come in. My... food is always fresh and made just how I ask. This location is always very busy, I am so impressed how they still manage totreat each customer as a individual and make conversation. This place is hands down my favorite lunch stop. Read more
