Dirty tables. Floor under one of the three indoor tables with an ice cream spill. Asked counter staff to have someone clean. She... went inside a door and about five minutes later a young, short man arrives fully gloved, hatted, and masked to spray the tablesfor 15 seconds. Would not clean up the spill of ice cream on floor under table. The counter staff should have had help as shewas handling ice cream orders plus the register all by herself. She was very good. Awful experience and service is soo slow. There were 6 workers and yet everything takes very long. Person mixing the ice cream... did not crush or mix everything together. Overfilled the cup as well so all the ice cream was dripping out. Read more

Evening of Sat June 4th my fiance and I ordered a gotta have it dough for it. We don't go out for ice cream frequently as an... effort to save money, so we were extremely disappointed when there were hardly any chocolate chips, and most of the cookiedough was in one chunk at the bottom. I should have watched him make it, but others were standing in front of the work station.He was also short on the initial ice cream quantity so he just slapped on some more at the end instead of mixing it in. Whichnormally wouldn't bother me as they were busy (although it should be asked) , but he did take time to twirl his metal scoop totry and impress the ladies. Overall, I've never had any issues at Cold Stone. Just a heads up to pay attention when they'remaking your ice cream and a little encouragement to take it back in when it's not right (what we should have done). Read more
Went to cold stone on Thursday about 1pm. The website said they sing to you on special occasions and for a tip, not true. My... granddaughter took me there for my birthday. When requested to sing they wouldn't do it. Cool. The problem that I had was whenI spoke to them about it that one employee did her talking with her back to me, never any eye contact or a valid reason for notcomplying. Maybe that lil perk should be removed from the site. The chocolate shake was good but not the service. No tip. Backto 31 flavors. Read more
