Placed an order over the phone for 15 pizzas from the food court and was told that they would be ready in 35 min. When we show... up, they are confused that there was even such and order and told us that we must wait another 35 min. Horrible service. Read more

Costco is tightening "security": a non member regular was denied entry for a hotdog&soda: I suppose that's good for members but... sad for others like him. Read more

Yes, the food is a bargain. And yes, I should expect what I pay for. But I'll say this much, if there was an award for the least... consistent food court, Costco Citrus Heights would sweep the competition, no doubt. Especially when it comes to their pizza.Either the pizza is overcooked, has barely any cheese, or it looks like a kindergartner with his safety scissors was cuttingthem. That, or it was hardly cut, like they used my kid's Play-Doh cutter with light pressure. Worst part? THEY HAVE A CUTTINGGUIDE. Still screw it up. Constantly. They need to learn the concept of "happy kid/sad kid" slices, because it's guaranteed thatsomeone eating that pizza will get shafted. We all may be better off just taking the whole pie home and cutting it ourselves. Read more

Give yourself a lot of leadtime and a fair amount of patience when phone ordering at this location. We phone-ordered 3 pizzas... around 2pm. They said the pizzas would be done in 20 minutes. They told us to go to the pre-paid window with my Costco card. Wearrived about a half hour later and waited in the pre-pay line. When it was our turn, the person at the window said that weneeded to be in the regular line or use the kiosks to pay for the pizza. Once we paid, we had to go back to the pre-pay windowto complete the transaction. We were then told it would be another 5 minutes until they were ready. After waiting 15 minutes theperson assisting us realised that our pizzas had been sitting on a shelf. When we got home, we found none of the three pizzaswere sliced properly. They all had to recut so they wouldn't turn into a huge mess when taking a slice. They one personreceiving, cutting, and boxing the pizzas definitely could benefit from some management oversight as well as assistance fromother food court workers. Read more

Yummy quick food for a good deal! Hotdog and fountain drink for cheap. Fountain drink on their own is only .50¢ plus free... refills! And now they have chili and it's legit! Read more

The food is always good, especially the pizza! However, the experience is horrible. I would say this food court answers their... phone 1 out of every 4 times we call. Trying to order is like pulling teeth, and they are always grumpy. Poor customerservice. Read more

Very much so hit or miss. In my experiences I've been served cold food with refusal to make it right and found myself the only... calm one in the situation as well as served hot food immediately by friendly staff. Kind of a toss up. Read more
