Ordered a 3 piece chicken in drive thru at 5:15 pm Saturday 9/24/22 got two piece chicken instead of 3. Paid for 3. drive thru... was dead. Had to wait to order. Always have good meals and experiences here. Their food is great for the price! Staff have been friendly whenever I visit, the... drive thru line moves quickly enough, and the food is always hot and fresh. I don?t live the closest to here, but it?s usuallyworth driving past the Taco Bell/Del Taco/even Adalberto?s/Carolina?s/CA Burrito to eat here. Lately their family meal deal hasbeen our go to. We ordered several items last night including 3 double chicken tostada bowls. when we got the bowls not only were they less than... anyone would call DOUBLE chicken they were all missing the cilantro salad dressing. I called to let them know and pretty muchreceived an "Oh well" attitude from the Manager on staff. we went over the order and I stated that the cilantro dressing wasclearly marked on the receipt. I was asked if I would like to come over and pick some up. When I suggested that the deliverydriver might have them, the manager stated that we will have to wait until he comes back to the restaurant. I asked if we couldbe refunded he said not from him because I used the app. He basically could care less for my situation. I enjoyed Pollo Loco butafter this I'm pretty much done with them. I will advise folks who order delivery to check carefully before allowing the driverto leave, because once this location has your money their concern for your enjoyment of their food is over. Love the chicken. Just something about the spices they use. Nice clean seating area. Beautiful landscaping. Well maintained,... lots of flowers. Staff is very helpful, sometimes walking around asking if they can bring you anything. Have always had a goodexperience here. Read more
Went today for lunch to try the chicken nachos. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed speaking with the cashier. I ordered... the fire grilled lock nachos with cilantro creme. I thought they were good. I wished the chips were warm and the queso washotter. I really enjoyed the flavor. The chicken was tender and juicy. They have a salsa bar with a few different choices thatis pretty good. I have eaten here several times and have enjoyed it. Read more
