Cold food. Got a cheese burger, large fry, dollar soda, and a fish fillet, $14 bucks. All the food was cold, the fish fillet had... so much tarter sauce on it . Gross! The fries had to be the end of the bag because they all were the size of my pinky finger orsmaller and .. cold! This McDonald's seems to always have issues. Usually I travel to the McDonald's on Sunrise Antelope areabecause that McDonald's makes sure they do it right! I also know of others who travel the distance to get better service andfood...so dissapointed! To think I live across the way from this McDonald's but have to travel an extra 10 minutes to get goodfood because this McDonald's has bad management or ownership... Step it up guys! Food is never fresh, or over cooked. we get food that has been sitting all day. All most everytime we go there . Just HORRIBLE..
Never had so much bad food at once. Manager did replace some. Fries were all cold and no flavor. Kids didn't even want to... eat them so just threw them away. 90% of the nuggets we ordered were old. They were hard, flat, and a very dark color. Spicy mcchicken was the same and so poorly put together that most lettuce fell out as soon as wrapper was opened. And one even had 2bottom buns. Which isn't a big deal, but that was the icing on the cake. 2 burgers were missing, which they did replace. Read more
Typical McDonalds. Typical so so food. High prices for what you get. Best deal is the $1.00 Coffee and any size drinks. Iced... coffee a little less than Starbucks and just as good if not better. Read more

The person at the window was awesome. I forgot to take condiments off of my son's burger and the attendant was super kind about... fixing it and quick. The food was ok. The fries were old or double fried. Otherwise a good experience. Read more
I am diabetic and my Blood sugar was low so I went to get a value meal. I asked for the cheapest meal(I only like ketchup on my... burger) and an iced tea. I was suggested the #7, 2 small cheeseburger, in which I did say no cheese on either burger onlyketchup. I got up to the pay window and the girl said #7 with an orange Hi-C. No, ICED TEA! Oh, would you like sweet orunsweetened. Unsweetened. So I pay for my food. Next window the kid was looking at the monitor. Didn't acknowledge me. Startedhanding me the drink and I said is that tea? Yeah. I had to ask for a straw. Then I got my food and checked the burgers. Bothhad cheese on them. I told the 2 guys at the window I specifically asked no cheese, only ketchup. They apologized and got me 2new burgers. As I was driving I took a drink of my "unsweetened tea" and it was sweet tea. If folks can not provide goodcustomer service through fast food places they don't need to be working. I worked in customer service for 30 years. It isn'tthat difficult to be nice to people and make sure they get what they want. BTW: It was not fast food I worked. I now work inhealth care. Read more
