I would love to give this place 5 stars. It's been one of my favorite places to eat for years, both before, during, and after my... time working there. Unfortunately, in recent weeks, the cross contamination at this location has been terrible, withingredients pretty much always ending up in dishes they're not meant to, such as my Japanese pan noodles that came with a halfserving of tomatoes and green onions, both ingredients that belong in that dish and that I did not order. I'm going to have tostop visiting this location, much to my sadness, because I can't risk getting an ingredient in my dish that I'm allergic to. Read more
Absolutely horrible. My food was delivered cold,portion sizes are not worth the money and the food was bland. Was only able to... get less than half my order refunded. My family and I will NEVER get food from here again. Read more
I ordered via doordash this evening, the Lemon Parm Leanguini. I've had this dish several times, but tonight it was disgusting. ... Almost no sauce on the noodles, extremely dry, overcooked and like 3 shrimp in the entire dish. What a disappointment. Previoustimes I ordered this dish were sooo good and was going to recommend to friends. But with this experience, I doubt I'll return. Read more
Disgusting service from the front end staff... Went with my roommate today and when we walked up to the register the cashier and... another person wearing a baseball cap were talking about a takeout order. Once standing at the register the one girl looked atus, said nothing and continued talking with the person wearing the cap. We waited for 2 minutes and neither of them bothered toacknowledge we were standing there waiting patiently. I even turned to look at my roommate then at my watch and back at them...no one bothered to even greet or - anything. We planned to get a decent amount of food... But for overpriced noodles and poorservice - heck with it! We went to the nearby Jamba Juice and had quick, friendly service.... and at least walked away a happycustomer. Something the crew at this location seem to need alot of training in.... giving customers a positive experience. Read more
Ordered the cavapatti shrimp. A brand new menu item. Received my number, got my drink and put my number on the counter with... stools, used the restroom. Came out and moved to a table. After 30 minutes, I went to the order taker and found out they made myorder to go and didn't look for my number. Thankfully my food was kept hot. Air conditioner was running very cold. Pretty decent, but not very flavorful food. Service was good and quick.
The Roasted Garlic Cream Tortellini was delicious!! Will definitely try again ???? The Mexican Street Corn Salad was just ok,... the cost was $9.50 for a small, will not try again ???? Read more
This review is strictly due to customer service the food is immaculate it's delicious, also the review is due to the condition... of some of the furniture. So there's this person that is at the cashier and it doesn't feel each time I come here she's neversmiling she looks like she's very angry and I don't feel welcome at all some people need to be retrained in customer service ifI'm spending my money I think I deserve to feel welcomed.
