I got half a sandwich bowl of soup my kid got a grilled cheese and we both got a drink 30 dollars for the total. The food was... good not 30 dollars good but good. The most disappointing part was getting up for not even five minutes for my child to use therestroom and by the time we got back our food was cleared. Definitely won't be coming back too expensive especially consideringwe were not able to finish our food Read more

To be fair all of my inside Dinning experiences at this Citrus Heights location have been consistently good to wonderful.... Excellent food. Excellent service, and I?m a card carrying Panera participant, and the Coffee/Charger drink club. Today, I wentthrough the Drive -thru in Citrus Heights. The lady on the speaker taking my order seemed annoyed, bothered , and irritated fromthe time she started my order. (Almost as if she was called in to cover a shift and work, she didn?t want to work.) I want tobe clear, she did not say anything point blank ?Rude? whatsoever. It was all in her manner, and TONE. When my order was readyshe opened up the window, held out the bag of food, and didn?t say a word. No receipt given, no receipt offered, no ?Thank You?offered for my order, or as a Panera Customer. My order was completed at approximately 1:12 PM. The drive-through was adisappointment to say the least, and a big departure from the inside service levels. I realize finding good help is challengingtoday, but decent and reasonable service and TONE shouldn?t be compromised. Thank you! Disappointed Read more

Monumental rip-off. This is absolutely ridiculous. I paid 20$ for "soup for a crowd" and get 2 tiny cups and the rest is broth.... Soup for a crowd of ants maybe. If I hadn't sent my daughter to pick it up because I'm sick- I would not have accepted this. Orget a refund. And the salt in the wound?? No bread so they give me 4 apples. Ridiculous. Never coming here again. Read more

A couple of days ago we learned about the Panera cafe chain. We really liked it here. ???????? Lots of places to sit down to... talk, work on the computer, just drink coffee. ???????????????????????? This is the first time we see such marketing of a cafe.???????? You install the app, pay $12, and you can drink any drink for free for a month! ???? And even at the first registrationfor coffee, any bun as a gift. ???? And even the first month you can not pay even $ 12 at all! ???? Cool ???? Of course, youneed to make coffee yourself, it's not as tasty as for a fee. ?????? But other drinks do not need to be prepared. ???????? Whenyou drive around the city, you can stop by every 2 hours and drink a delicious drink and all this for $ 12 a month.???????????? We are really delighted with this option :) ???? I would like to visit more often and try how tasty they cook. Likefor sure!????????? Read more

cheap and tasty, for $ 20 I ordered soup in bread and a plate, I ate too much, and I also liked the place, the interior.

On Saturday, 7/16/22, I hosted a brunch anniversary party and ordered 2 dozen Panera soufflés, 2 dozen brioche breakfast... sandwiches, and two orders of assorted scones for delivery. Panera did not disappoint. Everything arrived exactly on time, delivered by a very nice Panera crew member, and expertly boxed for delivery. Inside the large delivery boxes each soufflé andsandwich was individually boxed and labeled which kept them warm and helped guests make their selections. I could not behappier and our guests LOVED the delicious assortment - especially the soufflés! I loved how easy it was! Read more

Panera Bread Bakery always seems busy, but the service is usually fast and friendly. I Tried the spinach artichoke soufflé and... the Mexican street corn soup ???? Both were very delicious. The soufflé was buttery with a flaky crust the picture doesn?t giveit justice. Read more
