I usually LOVE Pizza Hut. Unfortunately this time I didn't. I ordered online and followed my progress. It said my order was... out for delivery at 5:53 and they estimated my delivery for 6:11. Well, 6:35 rolled around and it still said it was out fordelivery. I checked for my food and found it was outside on the ground. The delivery driver didn't even ring my doorbell orknock. I have no idea how long it was sitting there. My food was cold, so it had to have been sitting for awhile. I justchecked and it sill says it's out for delivery! It is now 6:50. Doesn?t even deserve 1 star to be honest. Never have had the worst service from any place until now. My delivery order was an... hour late and I EVEN HAD TO DRIVE DOWN THERE TO GET MY ORDER since they wouldn?t answer or even bother to call to let me knowthere would be a delay. So I got charged for delivery when I had to go pick it up instead. They didn?t even give me my 2 literPepsi I also ordered so I basically got robbed of about $10 total. They were so rude when I showed up as well. Pizza, pasta andbreadsticks were cold when I got them as if they just had it sitting there for a good while until I finally decided to go seewhat was the delay. Pizza had no flavor as well. Just horrible and upsetting that I spent money for food and service that wasjust not right. Couldn?t even received my refund instead. She refused. Will not be going back anymore. Read more
Just ordered the big box and the Wings were burnt and inedible with no flavor, the supreme was dangerously undercooked(cheese no... even melted and underside not browned at all) and the cheese pizza was just plain gross. I won't feed my 10yo or my fiance this"food" so yeah wasted 50$ to say unsatisfied is an understatement and if I could give 0 stars I would. Just shameful todeliver this unsafe food to anyone. Just okay delivery took awhile after I received text saying it is on the way. Food was lukewarm. Crispy wings were soggy.

Bought a pizza from Pizza Hut last night and it was a perfect pizza. Over the last several years buying pizza from any of the... national chains was hit or miss. Mostly miss, either taking forever to deliver, overcooked and dry, or cold. My pizza was hot,perfect amount of toppings and delivered in about 25 minutes. Plain old delicious pizza.
