I don't know exactly how this place differs from the exact same Subways, but with a coupon sent that saves $20 on three... sandwiches, and no list of excluded ingredients at all, you can't use this coupon at all. Although a few days ago in the sameestablishment, an identical coupon was used for the same order as today, and was accepted. But today it turns out that thereare no chicken strips in the list of ingredients that fall under the coupon, although neither in the coupon nor anywhere in thecafe is there a word about it, and in the picture of this coupon, the sandwich shown includes strips of chicken as well. I hadto overpay $20, which is money for me, because I earn $15 an hour, and using the coupon is an opportunity to please my childrenwith something. With this approach to customs, my family will never return to this particular institution. Read more

Says they are open at 8am on Friday. I get there at 8:30am and it’s closed. I see a car out in front. So I call to make sure.... They answer and hung up on me as soon as I asked them why they aren’t open. She didn’t even realize that I can see herthrough the door window and saw her jus hang up the phone on me and went to the back. Really unprofessional and I’ll nevercome back. Read more

Walked in on the afternoon of New years eve 2021 with a coupon that they wouldn't accept. No other customers in the store at... all. Ordered anyway and immediately regretted my decision. When asking for extra spinach or vegetables they would seemingly addone leaf or piece at a time and look up for confirmation as if they were unsure of what extra is. The tomatoes looked like theyhad been sliced the night before, white and hard. When asking for extra condiments, they would add a lot to one side of thesandwich and not the other. Bread was thin and flimsy with no body, almost undercooked. Got chicken on one of the sandwiches andafter they heated the chicken, dumped it on the sandwich, hot water chicken juice and all. Combined with flimsy bread, just madethe sandwich fall apart. This is my first ever review because I was so immensely disappointed in both mine and my partnerssandwiches. Can safely say I will never return to this location. Highly recommend driving a little extra to the location onantelope and sunrise. Read more

Ordered online and was charged but due to some glitch order didn't come through on their end. Came into the store to pickup no... one was there, no one came out for more than five minutes. Girl at the counter said the boss was there so they definitely wouldhave forwarded the order if it existed, then when I asked to speak to said boss to see if we could get it worked out the sameemployee said mere moments later they weren't there. Really? They ended up giving me food after a fair bit of arguing (Meshowing them the online receipt for my order didn't seem to count for much). They kept trying to insist I place it again,seemingly not understanding or caring I'd already paid. 3 stars because they fixed it eventually. Doesn't seem at all certainthat if I order online I'll get what I pay for, not planning on coming back anytime soon. Read more

Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 were full meals. Only given one drink, one of the sandwiches was completely wrong. This isn’t the... first time I’ve ordered from this location with problems. Not ordering from this location ever again. Read more

Cheap place, and they just make the sandwich then hand it to you. They let you explain what is missing from order because they... over talk you. I have been 15 years customer of this place don't know what happened to them after pandemic started. Read more

Although I always receive great service at this Subway branch, I was not happy with how the manager spoke to a fellow employee... today. It was lunch rush when I came, and the manager seemed a bit stressed. There was a hold up at the register because acustomer had run out to their car for extra change, and I heard the shift manager tell the employee who was working the registerto "hurry up!". I understand that she probably wanted to be quick and efficient for the other customers--and probably neededhelp from the other employee, but in my experience, if I'm at an establishment on my lunch break and there is a line, I'm stillgoing to wait patiently because it beats driving around and most likely waiting in another line at a different establishment. Idefinitely think that the manager needs some extra leadership training in order to be helpful to their fellow employees and tohelp the business thrive. Read more
