I NEVER received an email stating my food was ready for pick up.. Thank God i set a timer, NON of the flavors of the wings were... LABELED on the box of what flavors are what. Some of the food was so soggy I didn?t even eat it. Usually a good experience. Chris goes above and beyond in this store. Today we went in and all lights were turned off, open sign... was off and I waited 5 mins to be greeted by, do you need to order? Cuz it will be like 45-60mins" amd she messed with her nosering. I immediately turned around and walked out. I get being busy but even when I tried to call ahead they pick up and hang up.It was dirty and dark and so unpleasant guess I will have to drive to Roseville to get any service. I got a 30 piece wing order and when I opened my food there were only 25 wings. I don't make it a habit of counting my wings,... but when one wing is over a dollar I think it matters. It wasn't just missing 1 it was 5. I paid 37 to 38 dollars for my foodand didn't even get my money's worth, and it's not like I can go back and ask for more wings or reimbursement either.
