I NEVER received an email stating my food was ready for pick up.. Thank God i set a timer, NON of the flavors of the wings were... LABELED on the box of what flavors are what. Some of the food was so soggy I didn?t even eat it. Usually a good experience. Chris goes above and beyond in this store. Today we went in and all lights were turned off, open sign... was off and I waited 5 mins to be greeted by, do you need to order? Cuz it will be like 45-60mins" amd she messed with her nosering. I immediately turned around and walked out. I get being busy but even when I tried to call ahead they pick up and hang up.It was dirty and dark and so unpleasant guess I will have to drive to Roseville to get any service. I read a review that says they never answer the phone after a certain time, and I?ve just experienced it. The workers need to be... fired and trained properly. Seems the ratings for this location are getting worse. It gets one star simply due to the employeesrefusing to answer the phone and I even called an hour and a half before the location closes. Not a good place to get food anymore, they over seasoned their wings on the dry rub also the food is never done on time. They... also are playing rap music while you are in the store. I will take my business to fire wings from now on Read more
My experience today was pretty good, Outside of the store was clean. Unfortunately no outside tables to sit at which would be... great with the relapse of the Mask mandate being put back in place. The inside of the store was clean but yep no dining in againjust to go orders. The wings I ordered for $14.99 (10 count w/2 styles) w/fountain drink,carrots/celery added a Ranch(not sureif it was extra) also came with fries, after tax it was $19 all was delicious Finger lickin good! Just didn't receive thecarrots or celery or napkins but they did seal the bag properly for me for take out. Overall a good visit today thanks for anice lunch! Read more
I got a 30 piece wing order and when I opened my food there were only 25 wings. I don't make it a habit of counting my wings,... but when one wing is over a dollar I think it matters. It wasn't just missing 1 it was 5. I paid 37 to 38 dollars for my foodand didn't even get my money's worth, and it's not like I can go back and ask for more wings or reimbursement either.
