Great food but the Saturday afternoon staff can improve the service, the staff taking the orders outside were talking to each... other and they took some time to come to my car. They only forgot one of my drinks so I thinks that's ok because it was like 3combos so I can understand it was a human mistake, when I went to the window the guy giving the orders was talking to hiscoworker and again I think they should focus on the costumer rather than in their conversations. Also they forgot to say "mypleasure" which is what chick FIL a is known for. Read more
Service really depends on who's working there on a particular day. I've come here numerous times for mobile pickup and sometimes... the staff is very attentive; other times they're all standing in the back laughing and ignoring customers waiting to be served.One time when I came in, four women were playing around in the kitchen and dropped fries on the floor while I was just standingthere waiting for their attention. The waffle fries are a good deal for their price! I think their breakfast options are prettygood, and my favorite is the egg white grill. Read more
Lost confidence in this place. 3 times in a row my order was wrong among another issue. First time I was missing my Cobb salad... and the second time they forgot to give me my chicken nuggets. They rush you at the window and don't give you a chance to checkyour order. I'm ordering for 5 people so I have 2 full bags of items. The last time I went the pushed me through the drivethrough line and kept saying that the next person will take my order. Once I made the final turn, their was no final person totalk to. Waited 10 minutes until I got to the window and they asked me my name for the order and I told them that nobody took myorder. The girl didn't say sorry but I can take your order. I placed my order and 12 minutes later (yes I timed it) it came outto the car. The order was correct but I figured that since they made me wait I'd at least get a sorry or something. I know thatthey are busy and the probably understaffed but it's not the same friendly service that I'm used to getting from this place. Read more
Not bad. If you want a good chicken sandwich spicy or spicy deluxe great choices. For sides you can get fries, Mac and cheese,... or fruit cocktail which is very good. Different types of frozen drinks and shakes. Prices not bad I'm comparison to most otherfast food restaurants and this is way better quality. Drive there here kinda weird set up and draws a very large crowd. Read more
Food is good. Inside dining room is clean and staff are friendly. I've been through the dive thru a few times and both times... it's been fast, even when there's a big line. These guys have their drive thru system down ???? Read more
Got the deluxe sandwich with American cheese. You have the option of different cheese or no cheese. I wanted to try the nuggets... since I?ve never tried it and they have an option to order a small one! It was delish but a bit saltier than expected for me.They were quick. My first time ever walking into this establishments. I am very impressed with everything, for the quality of service the prices... are excellent. I will definitely recommend this location. The staff walks around ensuring that your drinks are topped off aswell, the meal was great as well. This location has a kids play pen, definitely a plus for parents with small children. Parkingyour vehicle is not an issue here at all, plenty of parking. They even cleaned the parking lot here as I type. Having been hereI will definitely reevaluate if I go anywhere else. Read more
These staff are always amazing! How I wish every fast food restaurant had their type of training and service. They don't... disappoint with your order.
