Service at the bar was very bad. Waiting for utensils, water, a menu, etc. Even walking around it appeared as alpt of tables... were waiting for someone to help them. Lot of the servers seem to hangout in the back and fraternize with each other. We askedthe the happy hour menu and ordered well before the end of happy hour as we had to sit and wait for food we continued to orderitems off happy hour menu only to be told that happy hour ended and we will have to pay full price. When stated we were therewill before the time that it began we were told the system doesn't allow to change it sorry as she walked away. Very poorservice. Food was okay nothing to brag about. Good selection on their 2x$25 choices. Went for lunch and everything was pretty good. Understandingly the place seemed a little... short staffed so the wait time for everything took longer than it should have even though it was about 25% capacity, the pictureshows it was empty on one half. Yesterday night I ordered the cajun chicken pasta and the salad that come with it. I was shocked when I got home and I opened... one of the salad containers and found a bug inside. This is very unsanitary and the restaurant should pay more attention to itssalads. Read more
Wanted to come in to dine in but the wait was about an hour. So we decided to order to go. The Staff was great, friendly &... attentative. The reason for going to Chili's was the Dinner for 2 special they have for $25. You get an appetizer, an Entree,and Dessert! We ordered the 2 side salads. For Entrees we both got the 6oz Steak with 2 sides. I paid $1 more for the Awsomeblossom petals as my side. And the Dessert, we went with the cookie option. What a huge thick cookie! The to go order ended upbeing alot faster than waiting. My only complaint would be the packaging of the Entrees. I wish they would have separated thesides on broccoli and fries. By the time we go home we noticed that the wetness from the steamed broccoli got onto the Frenchfries. (Broccoli juice got the fries soggy. ) Other than that, food was ok. Staff was awsome! Read more

This Chilli's in the City of Industry is one of the better ones. Great food & excellent service. It's actually my favorite... location. They have a great menu with lots of great prices, very reasonable children's menu and great margaritas. Sign up ontheir app for free items. They also offer a seniors discount. I am very impressed with the delicious food. Try it!!! Read more
