Got some pomegranate smoothie (+1 star) and my friend got a bowl (+1 star) after we exercised. They both were delicious and just... what we needed to reboost our electrolytes and energy. The young lady was fast with her order taking (+1 star) and making ofthe smoothie and bowl (+1 star). The facility was clean and well kept. Although I'm not sure if they were trying to save energy(which I support, +1 star), the store was relatively dimly lit when compared with other store we went to check out after. Read more
As you walk into this location, it's really dirty. Windows, doors, outside appearance is a bit disgusting. The staff are... sometimes helpful and other times not very customer focused and keep you waiting while they take care of other duties. OverallI've had good consistent product. Oh wait, I order a medium and get a large, I order a medium and get a medium. Had to actuallyask worker which sizes were which because I kept getting different sizes, even though I always app order and my order is alwaysthe same. This place definitely needs some TLC outside and inside too. Read more

Arrived at the store and it looked dimmed. Not sure if the owners cared about this location but the server with a home-job dyed... bleach blonde hair tonight sure didn't care to sell a smoothie. I used a coupon and was trying to scan Jamba rewards with thepurchase and bleach server dude said it wasn't compatible. At first gave attitude and said tell me before scanning. Then hetries to say coupon and Jamba rewards are not compatible. I told him I used mail in coupons weekly at different Jamba locationsand even combo at this Industry location 3 weeks ago. Server denied it and said I'm the one in charge tonight. He then refusesto return coupon to use at other locations. I'm thinking who power trips at a smoothie place? Especially when trying to sell $7smoothies. I would avoid this location and go to the West Covina locations if you can. 1 star for server giving attitude andpower tripping to selling $7+ smoothies. I have been here a few times and I have always been disappointed with their service and product. On my latest visit, they... served me an acai bowl in a cup, with half the normal ingredients , but of course still charged the normal amount. They alsodidn't have all the all the ingredients to make a Watermelon Breeze either. Read more
I love jamba juice so much, but I find the staff here is not friendly, right when you come in you don't feel welcome. And seems... like they are busy doing something that you will feel your disturbing them. I instead buy jamba juice on different places. Read more
