The food is so expensive ($10) for a sandwich and the pasta tastes microwaved. The bread is nothing special; I can get better... bread from Costco, sam?s, Whole Foods, etc. I also don?t like that there are panhandlers in here who keep asking for handouts;it makes the environment quite stressful and creepy. My girlfriend and I always order from Panera, it?s near us to we?ll get it typically once a week or so. Lately the quality of... the food has been going down. The salads have less in them, the soups aren?t filled up all the way, and the sandwiches keepgetting messed up. In the past few months I?ve had about 4/10 orders with incorrect items or just missing something. There?s abunch of young kids working there so I?m assuming most are busy thinking about anything else, I know I?d be. I like this Panera very much. The customer service here is really nice. They let me bring in in and out and they didn't say... anything. I come here for coffee cake is really really good. It does get very hot during the sunny days. I think they shouldhave it air conditioning. Read more
Great experience and the restaurant was spotless. Its been a while since I've personally been inside one and I was impressed... with the automation they have now. You can order everything from a touchscreen, pay for it, then sit down and wait for it to bedelivered to your table. I was also told that they have an app that allows you to order, and pay, for food to go. You show upand your order is all packed up on a shelf with your name on it so all you need to do is grab it and go. And of course the foodis just as good as its always been. Read more
A very comfortable establishment and enjoyable environment to have a meal in. My biggest gripe with Panera is that they have far... too many options. It's great to be able to mix and match dozens of options, but I'm an old man. I would just like a few greattasting items that I can make a simple choice from.
