So, I've been coming here for a long time now. I usually get the same stuff (around $55-$60dlrs.) Maybe is not that much... considering their prices. But the reason im giving 2 stars is cause food is actually good but costumer service is not. The ladywho help me this time was mad because i asked for extra sauce (after she gave me only 3 small conteiners) for the amound of foodi ordered is nothing. I asked her for more she put 2 more, and i told her i need 4 more i can pay for them, she was trying tosay that that was enough and i repeat to her that i can pay extra. OK so. I ordered a chicken dish from here today for my lunch via uber eats at work. Food gets delivered, I'm tired, I go on... lunch to eat. As I'm chewing my food, I get a weird texture. I'm thinking, 'Oh, is this chicken dry or something?' The feelingis too unfamiliar/unnatural that I take out what I was chewing. It was a piece of metal from those metal scrubbing sponges. Ijust lost my appetite, I spit everything out and I'm scared that the rest of the food is unsafe to eat, maybe there's anotherpiece that'll show up. I'm upset, but not angry, but I call the restaurant anyways. The first person who answered kept sayingsomething along the lines of they don't do uber eats? I'm confused, the first employee hands over the phone to a coworker who'smore fluent in english. I explain to the second employee what happened. They then tell me that they don't have uber eats orsomething again and then says that they didn't get any uber eats orders so far. I'm frustrated and confused, because theirstories were inconsistent and I wasn't getting any help. I double-check my receipt with the restaurant's address attached to it.The address on the receipt and the address that I called were the SAME.
