I was there yesterday 10-17-2022 at 1:05 the girl at the drive-through she was wearing a gold earring in her nose was very... rude, ask for straws she said they did not have any. how could starbuck not have straws. Maybe that girl at the window doesn'tknow this is a service industry. and the drinks they made were horrible. I will never go there again! Read more
My comments don't just apply to this location. I used to be a daily customer for years, before every store became a drive thru,... became cold, and became loud. The music is no longer soothing and low enough so you can read a book or study, etc. Where did allthe sofas go? Maybe the work area should be separate from the dining area. It is so loud behind the counter with so manyemployees serving the drive thru that they decided to crank up the music to drown out the noise. I rarely visit anymore anddon't usually buy anything, since I won't be staying. Being at Starbucks used to bring back memories of a welcome place to beat. I met my wife at Starbucks. I occasionally stop by to see if anything remains of previous experience, but no, it is nolonger the go to place. I only know of one location without a drive thru, so if one day I want to feel the Starbucks experienceagain, I will have to go there. Too bad it is far away. Maybe someone at Starbucks, with a memory, will remember what startedthe Starbucks experience. I guess the busy drive thru and pick up orders are making too much $$ to bring back the awesomeStarbucks experience. I'm not holding my breath. Read more
This place is always busy so they may not get to you very fast. But normally, service is nice. New hours which could be a... result of staffing shortages. Read more
Lousy Wifi. Mediocre service. No plug-in. Some tables were left uncleaned. I stood at the counter for 5 minutes unattended while... some of the staff stood behind the counter chatting. Read more
Great staff and clean location. Loved how spotless this is. Parking is really easy. This location is always busy but the quality... of drinks are really high. My friends and I really enjoyed our time here. Read more
A great place to sit down, relax, and enjoy some drinks. It has a nice open place to sit, the lighting is amazing both natural... and artificial. The staff is kind and friendly. They even offer sample drinks while you relax, work, and wait. The artwork isamazing and the community board is always up to date. They have multiple plugs around the place to plug in labtops, phones, andother electronics. The place is not crowded but not empty so there is a small level of noise but still a great place ti work andstudy. Read more
New location by the mall (outside by Five Guys) . Pretty nice and spacious inside. Probably one of the larger Starbucks... locations I've seen. Has a drive thru. Replaced the old one on Colima road. Read more
