I was there in mid morning, Monday, when I needed some help on condiments with my order, the young staff member who answered... was kind of indifferent and then disappeared without properly acknowledging. When her reemerged, I questioned her attItude andlack of energy, with a touch of light humor! Surprisingly a supervisor or a senior staff, mid sized look, without uniform,approached me few moments later trying to lecture me defensively bout communication with her fellow staff. Her staff are grownups, let them own the communication with customers, and stop baby sitting and treating them and acting like snow flakes herself. Starbucks here is great but sometimes there drinks not fair with the product. I know I'm not the only one who buys matcha green... tea with no ice and have a cup of ice on the side.
