If I could I would give this place a zero so unpleasant and disgusting. Workers rushing to make your sandwich sloppy also making... other people sandwiches at the same time as mine i asked for no olives or cheese but yet they still put it the lady Rebecca waspicking it of and they were super soggy. This is my second time ordering from this Location. The Workers are lazy and refuse to take accountability for their lacking.... Eberytime I order online it is never ready, never at the pickup counter, I end up waiting 20 Minutes more than the order says. Show up Thursday nite at 5:30pm to place a order for Sunday and door was lock and nobody was to be seen in shop...came back... I've never had cause to be disappointed with Subway, that is, until tonight. We ordered two wraps and two footlong tuna subs... online. I don't know about the wraps but the tunas were very disappointing. For what they cost, over $10 each, there was verylittle tuna. Seriously, only the thinest smear of tuna. Not happy in the least! The shop was quite abandoned. It's like a ghost town, I hope City of Industry folks will come out and support their local shops.... This one is much needed. (It was 19:02 and no one was here, how?) The cashier forgot to input some lady's coupon so she called the manager who took a while helping the lady. Then when it was our... turn we showed the manager our coupon which was the two meal deals for 9.99 he didn't greet us didn't look at us did not give usour cookies! He just charged us and left. Placed an orxer online was supposed to be ready at 9:10am we were told to wait 5 min for our order. We cancelled our order due... to the fact that we waited until almost 9:30 and food wasnt ready.
