I ordered and my food and it came incorrect. They ask would you like to add avocado you answer yes and they charge you but they... forget to give it to you thieves. This has happen multiple times. I just don?t get it they look at a screen line by line a orderand they hand it over to you. Wow with gas prices drive back wait how about time. They just don?t understand how upsetting thisis. You call no answer how would you obtain a refund for any of this and inconvenience ? Waba grill commits petty theft. Read more

Been here twice. First time wasn?t the best and thought I?d give it another try. Waited what felt like forever to place my order... at the drive thru, no big deal. Waited even longer for my food, also not a big deal. But my broccoli was yellow, didn?t even getcarrots, and I felt like my portions were smaller than usual as I?ve been to other locations. Didn?t want to go back to resolvemy issue because I didn?t want to wait another 20 mins to be served so I just will not be coming back. :( Read more
I come here often being close to work. The food is consistently skimped on. Some times not even cooked all the way and the rice... on multiple occasions taste like there is soap in it. Read more

This waba was one of the best but you can tell the staff needs support, they're always hustling but you can tell there is a lack... of management & leadership. It seems like there has been some operation issues. My last few visits they either didn't open ontime (2 hours late), were out of steak, out of ice and today stopped taking orders for 30 min for some unexplained reason. Theyalso make those bowls pretty light sometimes, you only get half a bowl. Read more
Visited Waba Grill with my family last week. Jerelle was the cashier very helpful, kept checking to see if we were good. That is... great Customer Service. The food was piping hot and freshed our toddler enjoyed it. I must say thus far this Waba Grill locationmade my experience great. The avocado was good as well.
