Would be 5 stars if you?d let me tip your employees any amount! Paid $3ish for a scoop with my debit card & tried to tip $2 but... their system wouldn?t let me, said the tip amount was ?too high.? Your employees tonight were friendly & gave us exceptionalservice, despite it being close to their closing time. Wonderful positive energy from them, but I didn?t have any cash & yoursystem wouldn?t let me tip them properly. Let us tip them any amount please!! Asked if they could make a cake for tomorrow. Said no. Called another Baskin-Robbins and they told me it had to be a 24 hr... notice and I said that was fine. So they happily took my cake order. Next time don't lie . Read more

My friends and I went into the store looking for some ice cream last week or so, the two older ladies were nothing far from... rude, and impatient with us. They exhibited a bitter attitude, and were short tempered. How are you going to be bitter workingat the local ice cream shop? They treated us as if we were a burden, rather than customers. I am highly disappointed, especiallysince I've been going here for years with no problems. Please treat every customer with respect regardless of who they are,especially since I am spending my hard earned money, on a hot day with my friends. I expect more from this establishment. There is one lady so rude, not just that but because I didn't have a change and had to go to Safeway she asked me to leave my... child there. I just paid for my child icecream and left. I could go find change for 50$ but because you asking me to leave mychild for one icecream it's no excuse whatsoever. Came in to get an ice cream cake for my son today. Walked in and was greeted by someone in the back saying "hello", I responded... with "hello". Thinking they will come out and service me, nothing for 10 minutes, not even a "be out in a minute" or anything tolet me know they were coming out. Worst customer service ever.
