Ordered at 7:03pm. Arrived just after 7:30pm for my online order that was estimated to be ready at 7:33pm was told "oh we are... about to put it in the oven" sat in the lobby playing chess on my phone. A few minutes later the staff started freakingout about an injured flying insect on the kitchen floor ???? one of the delivery drivers picked it up with her fingers. Droppedit outside. Walked back in. Realized it was still on her hand and took it outside again. Then the same employee walked into thekitchen. Atleast she washed her hands. The employee that appeared to be the manager observed this gross atrocity of a scene didnot seem to care or intervene. Ended up getting my order at around 7:45 after it sat on top of the pizza oven for around 10minutes. Which to be fair may be my fault for not prompting them? Arrived home a short time later. The pizza was cold andslightly undercooked. Just an unappetizing experience all around. Read more
I love this place. Anything I've ordered has been delicious and the service on the phone, at the counter or the delivery driver... has been great. I feel bad for the folks reading any bad reviews because this place is definitely worth a shot. Keep up thegreat work and I'll keep ordering the pizza. Read more
They cook wasn't very sanitary. He had a giant rip in his shirt exposing his belly hair and no gloves on when putting the cheese... on someone's pizza. They didn't have all the toppings I wanted and where out of hot wings. Read more
This is the BEST pizza place! Better even than half the pizza you'll find in New York and New Jersey. Their customer service is... also beyond compare. 10/10 Read more
I am so disappointed with the service I received tonight. I placed a delivery order and was told 1 hour. Which was perfect... because my sister was dropping off my niece and nephew for a couple hours. An hour and a half in with 2 hungry kids no pizza. Icalled back and was told 10 MINUTES TOPS after waiting on hold for young man to check on my orders. 30 more minutes go by. TWOhours after I called and ordered. I called back and was put on hold again until the manager came on. 14 minutes of waiting onhold mostly while they "track down my order" I was told I'm sorry we don't have your order here. I asked why I was told 10 minif they don't have my order to begin with. The manager told me I'm sorry we have high school students working here and theymisunderstood. So after all that I have 2 hungry kids and no pizza! Definitely not ordering from them again. ZERO customerservice! He did not even try to correct the situation. Read more
I love the pizza at Bellagios but service is terrible. I recently ordered a pizza that was smashed to one side of the box, when... I called the "manager" Chris certainly didn't seem to care that it had happened, no apology or anything. This is not the firsttime this has happened. We ordered delivery online from sunnyside location Friday night 7/08/16. This was our first experience with ballagios. After the... driver had already left we realized they had not given us our cheesecake slice that we paid for. I called at 8:30 and informedthem, they briefly said they would come back with it. It is 11:35pm and still they have not arrived. I'd have been asleep 2hours ago but in order to be respectful and polite I didn't want the delivery man to feel like it was a wasted trip. Secondly weordered bread sticks that were nearly completely black and so burnt they were inedible. Not only are we incredibly disappointed,but I also feel extremely disrespected. I sent that to them in an email a few weeks ago when this happened. No one everresponded. Read more
