A letter to the staff of that worked the thanksgiving buffet: Happy Thanksgiving indeed, to an amazing team!!!Everything about... my experience today was five star. From the kind employee who took my reservation over the phone,to the host staff that seemedto be running their reservation desk like a well ran ship. Our server was warm and welcoming, and always helpful. But the realshow stopper of the day was the food! Everything was top notch! The kitchen did an amazing job preparing a perfect thanksgivingmeal! Salmon, prime rib, salads and the MAC AND CHEESE!! Y’all, My group of 14 couldn’t stop gushing over how excellenteverything was. 100/10! Great job everyone! Your hard work really showed. Another outstanding dining experience with my family. 1st visit here. Hubs been wanting to try it out for months. Granted he's... been wanting to try the 24oz ribeye, but we came during lunch so he and I shared the Argentine Asado(feeds 2). This dish was$55.00 and came with (beef ribs, grilled flank steak, sausages, fingerling potates with cheese sauce, two dipping sauces, andpickled veggies). This was more than enough for two possibly a 3rd person could've been fed. We started our meal with the crispybrussels with fundido (cheese sauce+crispy pork belly) this dish was perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. My daughtersshared the mojo pork arepas which comes with two good sized crisp corn cakes with smashed avocado, smoked ancho aioli, quesofresco, pickled red onions). My youngest had the fuego mac (pork belly, tiny sweet tomatoes, creamy chorizo cheese sauce,cavatappi pasta). The other daughter had the Peruvian Frites (two seasoned grilled skirt steaks topped with red chimichurrisauce, yuca frites( like steak fries but more of a dense potato texture topped with garlic, cheese). We we're so full no room toeven try dessert. Our server was fantastic, attentive, courteous, accomodating. All in all a great dining experience for all ofus. Best happy hour on earth. Bar was full and manager sat us in this cozy nook in the lobby. A much needed evening out. And yes,... that is real octopus. Thank-you De Fuego! Read more

I had high hopes for this salad, unfortunately it didn't live up to my expectations. Nor did it live up to the $15 price tag.... The greens in the salad were unwashed, there was grit and sand in every single bite. The meat / belly tasted old. It had astrange flavor, it certainly wasn't fresh. I understand you can't make beer braised pork belly on the fly and must be preparedin advance. However, it didn't taste fresh. It had that "old meat / old fat" taste. While I did eat the meat, the rest of thesalad was inedible. We contacted the restaurant and they did apologize and refunded the cost of the salad. So beware if youorder this salad. Read more

This place does not disappoint. We sat in the bar and had very attentive service. The bar was a great area to go with a group of... coworkers. They had an amazing arange of drinks and cocktails with a skilled bartender, we had everything from a lavendarmojito, Argentinan gin and tonic, to an old fassion. And the food, wow it is one I will tell storys about, from the mouthwatering ballenced pork belly tacos and the bone marrow to the amazing perfectly cooked lamb covered in aoili sauce. I was sofull and content after eating that the pumking cheese cake came home for breakfast the next day. I will definitely be returning. Read more

Best South American food ever!! I went there for brunch, lunch, and dinner! Every dishes was so good! Very flavorful and... tasty! The Peruvian Split Chicken was out of this world! Amazingly delicious!! Most importantly, the service isexceptionally wonderful!! I can't wait to go back again soon to try other dishes on the menu!! Read more
