Do NOT order from this location. Terrible experience last weekend, ended up canceling our order and demanding a refund. The... staff here does not know what they are doing, are rude, had loud thrash music playing, so loud they were shouting at each otherand over each other. The pizzas and bread products they were pulling out all looked burnt. We ordered online and after over anhour still no pizza, went to the store and found this situation. Was Told our order was ready and we asked for them to give itto us. Turns out it wasn't and they hadn't even started it! This location should be shut down. They say it's going to be 40 min to a hr. Fine great. Just checked after 2 hr . And watching my pizzas sitting on the inspection... tald for an hr . Know the manager tell me its going 2to3 hr . Said the customer service has gone to hell and then she hung up onme . I guess they don't need my money or anyone else the way they treat there customer of years of two times a week from them .This store has cost all of my business for all of the domino's. Been getting delivery from this location for a little over a year now. Up until a month or so ago everything was fine, above... expectations even. Over the last months things have taken a deep dive. Prices have raised *and* quality and portion sizes havedecreased. I went from feeling like we got lucky to be in delivery range of this dominos to no longer wanting to order fromhere. (The delivery drivers are always great when the option is available though, no problems there). Tonight we gave it onelast chance. I got the pasta, which was half empty with almost no sauce, and the boneless chicken was supposed to be 8 piecesbut more than half were burnt small pieces of breading. The pizza was missing an ingredient or there was so little it wasn'tnoticeable. Definitely bummed. Read more
Ordered at 5:30pm...it's now 7:18pm...they have not updated the tracker, contacted me about my order...Deavon, the manager just... lets the phone ring, obviously, as I've been on hold for 30 min now to request a refund....I'm so upset and my kids are hungrywaiting for our order...this is absolutely not ok. When you call the line it says this location does not support delivery, butit does, and I ordered online, verified my address and it proceeded to let me order. What is really going on?! Read more
Can really complain about the pizza when you are getting a medium pie for $5.99. I recently had 6 pizzas delivered and one of... them looked like a steam roller ran it over, not happy with the delivery driver, but I called the store and the manager was veryhelpful and apologetic. Offered to immediately have a replacement pizza sent or give me a credit of 55 dollars for the entireorder, obviously I took the credit. Awesome customer service. Read more
Do not order from this location I?ve ordered online and my order posted and they took payment even uploaded the tracker for me... to follow along. After 2 and a half hours later with no food I learned the store was closed due to short staffing, it took 2weeks for a refund and to ever get ahold of anyone. I tried them again a second time I called in an order and it took 2 hoursfor delivery and they forgot the soda. Then ordered again a 3rd time a phone in order for delivery and it was once again nearlya 2 hour delivery window. This is the slowest Domino?s in the nation. Read more
