This is my favorite coffee shop in Happy Valley. Every time I visit Oregan I have to go and get some of their amazing coffee.... This past visit I got a Rose City Latte with Almond milk and it was so good. Definitely recommend this place for the coffee butalso the decor is just so cute and creates a comfortable atmosphere. This place is absolutely amazing. All types of drinks. Fresh baked pastries including donuts and cinnamon rolls. Pretty good... size breakfast menu which is also absolutely delicious. Try the breakfast burrito! Read more

Check out the menu, I took photos. Don't stop reading when I say everything was just a little high in price. The place is very... popular. The outdoor sitting area was full, and the indoor sitting was filling up quickly. However, there is a lot of sittingroom. The tea room is adorable (ages 12+)! The line was moving quickly and it wasn't long before we ordered from a fast, funemployee, hurray! I ordered a breakfast cinnamon roll and a lavender chai (specials menu). The chai hit the spot, and thecinnamon roll is so dense and mushy, just how I like it! My husband ordered the Elka Burrito (check photo!). He was a taddisappointed to find an Italian(?) chorizo, as it was served with salsa he had assumed it would be a spicy chorizo. He ate thewhole thing, though, haha! The space was clean, fun & trendy. It has a nice atmosphere, good sized menu, and it's located in agood area. I do suggest! Read more

Adorable ambiance inside! Staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast (Mediterranean scramble) was good. Eggs & veggies seem... really fresh. Nothing too fancy but definitely hit the spot. Lots of espresso, coffee and tea options! Read more

Great pastries and a very comfortable place to relax with friends, or to read a book. I hadn?t been here in awhile and love how... they remodeled the cafe. They had a wide assortment of baked goods. I had the raspberry croissant and drip coffee. The staffwas warm and friendly. I need to return to try their breakfast items soon. Read more

While going towards Mt Hood we were looking for a quick breakfast spot and decided to have breakfast at Elka Bee's Coffee shop.... It is a small cafe. For the breakfast we ordered Scrambled Eggs with Bread, Omelet with Bread and Avocado Toast. The service isgood and we got our breakfast quickly. The breakfast was good, healthy and freshly made. Loved the breakfast and the ambience ofthe cafe. Read more

First let me start by saying this was my first time in and the service was excellent and the ladies working here are very... friendly and helpful. The food was hot so that is a big plus. It would appear that maybe the business was in the middle of atransition? I purchased two orders of waffles, a Mediterranean scramble, two orange juices ( bottled ????), and a mediumAmericano. Total was $43.50 The waffles: everyone has different preferences for waffles; these were the consistency and flavorof a pancake but in the shape of a waffle. No crispiness just spongy and thick like a pancake. They had whipped cream andpowdered sugar on them but no butter. For $9 dollars all you get is the waffle. ??????? The Mediterranean scramble was nearly$15. It came with a slice of orange, potatoes and the scramble. The potatoes were excellent. The scramble was bland. What couldhave been very flavorful just didn?t have the right ratio of sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese to my liking. The Americano wasterrible. Wish I had taken the time to ask what roast they used as that may have cleared up questionable taste. It taste burntand or like it had been brewed with water that had a ?taste? to it; such as chlorinated or hard water. I try my best to spend mymoney with small business as much as possible. We were really hoping this could be a place we regularly visit but based on thisexperience we feel like we will keep searching. Read more
