I called to see if I can change my drink on door dash and without them saying anything... they hung up so called again and politely asked a second time and they hung up AGAIN. Fraud... I ordered smoothie ($3.89) then ordered happy meal ($4.79). I had 50% off coupon for smoothie. Total $6.74 What she did... was "drink upcharge" to happy meal then charged apple juice. yeah. if she did this way, FULL charge. $8.68. Even she said 50%off for smoothie. In today's world the price of eating out is getting more spendy, sometimes fast food can cost more then expected. I used the... McDonald's app for the first time and never realized how many daily deals they have, including saving money in the end. Thislocation also has better service then the one on Sunnyside next to Rite Aid, and Richard, who was at the window had greatcustomer services. Read more
Got there just before 7..sign on door says Libby open 7 to 7 .... I wait at the door because I am in a vehicle that won't fit in... the drive through.... 7:05 worker walk by look out at me and go where I can't see em... At 7:10 the same thing I knocked and noone answered...I walk up to the worker who saw me standing there waiting to eat and was working the window and asked when theywere going to unlock the door... We aren't we don't have the people...why not stick your lazy head out the window and let meknow...why walk where you could see me standing there and not let me know? Staff was extremely rude! They had an attitude the whole time. They asked if we wanted cream and sugar we said yes and then they... stared at us and said well I dont know how many you want.
