Wow so you close at 11pm but refuse orders past 9:55? Maybe change your hours. I was in the drive thru with 2 cars in front of... us and we pull up to the speaker box at 9:55pm (that?s before you guys are closed) and you guys refused to take my order. Thenput the automated closed voice on the box.. maybe change your hours to closes at 9:55pm. Just stupid and completely rude. Thishappened on 11/20/2022 so hopefully the manager sees this review. Not cool at all! Dairy Queen in town will take your order past10pm if you?re in the line. Guess we?ll be going there from now on since they care about their customers. Read more
My wife had to use the rest room in an emergency and no toilet paper or paper towels and very stinky and unkept with urine on... the ground luckily she had kleenex with her at that time. Read more
I don't normally leave reviews for a fast food restaurant but I think this place deserves it. I drove 20 miles to get here... because they have the all day breakfast. I was completely blown away by how nice everyone was. I left with a smile on my facewhich is crazy because I'm naturally a grumpy butt. Thanks McDonald's! Read more
Fast and friendly, just stopped to get a 1$ drink, can't go wrong with a ice cold sweet tea.
Went thru the drive thru. They got most of the order correct. They didn't get the dessert correct and when we asked for the... receipt, they tossed the receipt for the prior car to us. Ugh. ???? Read more
This is my daily for lunch breakfast or coffee. I dont mean i go there every single day but the McDonald's app sure makes it... worth it. Great daily deals and rewards for purchases. I am especially happy to review about the staff as they are top notchvery very friendly and fast. Two big thumbs up for McDonald's in Damascus. This is the first complaint I?ve ever done in thirty years , I ordered two cheese burgers and a soda . The burgers taste like... metal , kind of like They cleaned the grill but didn?t wipe it down enough .
