My granddaughter said grandma can we stop by noodles and Company before we go to your house I?ve never been there. As other folks have noted, the customer service was horrible! When I walked in, I was ignored for several minutes before being... pointed at to indicate someone needed to come talk to me. The cashier who took my order had headphones on the entire time. Thiscould be excused if the food was any good?instead my shrimp were half-cooked (half gray and raw), with very little sauce andmissing a few ingredients. I wish i could put a 0 star rating. Ordered food on doordash from this restaurant, when the food arrived the containers were... covered in cheese sauce or some kind of sauce still not 100% sure, and the chicken on top of the mac and cheese looked andtasted like small chunks of cardboard. The mac and cheese was nothing more than a bowl of noodles with shredded cheese dumped ontop of it. Definitely not worth $50 for 2 normal bowls and a kids bowl. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat anything fromthis restaurant. There are far better options that don't cost as much as this place. Read more
