I ordered a 3 cheese tortellini pesto with a side of the Wisconsin Mac n cheese. I really enjoyed the pesto pasta it was really... good and flavorful I recommend it. However my Mac n cheese was hard, dry and it was still kinda cold! I think for the price yourpaying it?s not worth it. :( Read more
My granddaughter said grandma can we stop by noodles and Company before we go to your house I?ve never been there. It was... macaroni and cheese like my mom used to make brought back some very fond memories. The service was quick the food was deliciousand my granddaughter was happy best of all. As other folks have noted, the customer service was horrible! When I walked in, I was ignored for several minutes before being... pointed at to indicate someone needed to come talk to me. The cashier who took my order had headphones on the entire time. Thiscould be excused if the food was any good?instead my shrimp were half-cooked (half gray and raw), with very little sauce andmissing a few ingredients. I have eaten at Noodles locations across the country with good experiences, but I?ll be avoiding thisone like the plague! Read more

Im I'm bit irritated about the customer service I'm receiving. There are 2 girls working the counter right now, I walked in... wasn't greeted at all and stood there for way too long waiting to be helped while the girls chatted and laughed about how cutethe last male customer was. Finally one them turn around and sees me walks up and doesn't say a word. So i just said what Iwanted and she still said nothing. I paid for my food and waited. While waiting they called out a customers name about 3 timesthe customer come up and collecta their order and as soon as the customer was gone one girl says to the other that was soannoying. I think it's super unprofessional and rude to talk about customers like that. They were to busy with what they weretalking about that my order was wrong. I'm just so disappointed with this place, no one even offered to fix my meal. I doubtI'll ever come back thank a lot. Read more

I wish i could put a 0 star rating. Ordered food on doordash from this restaurant, when the food arrived the containers were... covered in cheese sauce or some kind of sauce still not 100% sure, and the chicken on top of the mac and cheese looked andtasted like small chunks of cardboard. The mac and cheese was nothing more than a bowl of noodles with shredded cheese dumped ontop of it. Definitely not worth $50 for 2 normal bowls and a kids bowl. Please do yourself a favor and do not eat anything fromthis restaurant. There are far better options that don't cost as much as this place. Read more
