Pizza is good for the most part not the best pizza I have had. Great to order once in a while. 4 star review.
It?s been a struggle over the last couple months. Usually the pizza is highly soft and falling apart - completely undercooked.... So I have resorted to always asking for the well done version even though I never enjoy overcooked. My hope is to get them tocook the pizza properly when I select this option but almost always that option gets ignored by the cooks. This time they madesure it was well done to the crisp with a black bottom - also drenched as you can see in the picture. Read more
Probably my least favorite pizza chain. The dough always tastes undercooked. I will always order elsewhere.
Highly recommend! The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Not knowing how many pizzas we would need for the number of... people the we were expecting for the event they were able to calculate that we needed 60 pizzas. They were able to fill theorder with only 24 hrs. notice. The price was great for the amount of pizzas we ordered. The pizzas arrived hot and on time.Will definitely be calling again for future orders. Read more
The only reason they get 2 stars is because of a cheerfully attitude. They need to hire some people because when you call ahead... 30 min and they haven't started it when you get there there's a problem. Clearly these two girls are overwhelmed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE! I wish I could give this place no stars!!! I?m not one to leave bad reviews but after my... experience this evening I felt like I should warn any potential patrons. I ordered two pizzas from here and when it arrived oneof the pizzas did not have the correct sauce. My wife called to get it fixed and when she finally got through to someone (theemployee refused to give her name and only identified herself as the shift lead) said there was nothing she could do becausethey didn?t have any drivers and they were closing early. So my wife asked for a refund, and the employee said she couldn?t dothat either?. That?s when my wife asked for the GM?s name and the employees name so she could verify the ridiculous things thislady was saying?. That?s when the employee became incredibly rude, refused to give either names, and hung up on her. Doyourself a favor and order somewhere else! PAPA JONS IS A JOKE! Read more
Great new(?) cheese stuffed crust pizza with artisan style look and crunch... Much better than the competitors namesake. Great... job corporate for adding this to your line-up. Local personnel was friendly and efficient. Pizza was ready when I arrived andpiping hot in the box. I'd given up trying to find a properly cooked pizza on weekdays (ovens aren't ready at competitors) andwent the extra distant to try PJ's as i luv the Stuffed Crust option. Thanks to all in these tuff times for remembering thatany take-out experience is a rare treat for those of us stuck-at-home and made even more special when the experience is perfect. Read more
Nice staff and takes care of me but the pizza was empty with 5 toppings. Not sure how I order 5 topping pizza and end up with a... margarita pizza with 2 or 3 pieces from each topping I ordered. Read more
