Great pizza, the jack-o'-lanterns we're yummy

Kyleigh or Kayleigh is right I am making this review she sat and called her employees instead of helping a customer after she... had already been told by someone to help me, yet she kept ignoring me. Until I said that "I have been waiting and hour and ahalf for my pizza so I'm getting your name so I can report you." That's what it took for her to help me so whoever is the bosshere, check your employee and how rude they are. Not the best for customer service I would know I've worked 8 customer servicejobs. This store is staffed with experienced and friendly staff. I have always been warmly greeted with a smile every time I come in.... Pizzas are always made to the standard I expect from this franchise. I cannot think of any other businesses that I would rathervisit for this experience. Read more

Why don't they put toppings on the whole pizza? False advertising and sub-par product. "Large pizza" but you get medium sized... toppings. Read more

Worked there myself, most of the crew was friendly.. It seems like an easy job and trust me , it is. But some some orders were... different from the other. I would have given 5 stars because the pizza is amazing and worth getting, but as I said, MOST crewwas friendly. I no longer work there, and I been wanting to do a review for myself, but didn?t have the time... Rosie seemedlike an okay person at the time of starting but there were times that I would either forget double check things, she got alittle rude about it, and there?s some other reason why I say she?s a little rude, I got along with everyone else I worked withbecause I talk to them the way I wanted to be treated. But the things that the customers see and hear in the front are sometimesdifferent in the back. There was the good days and the bad days, you got decent hours and very few crew members only get 2hours. And I don?t think that?s legal because you are supposed to have more then 3 hours. Again as I said, the food is worthgetting, but thanks to Rosie, she made me realize that working at Papa Murphy?s wasn?t for me. I just wish there was bettercommunication on things. After 6 or 7 months of not working there I decided it?s time for the review. Oh and I only remember acouple ppl that I worked with there but Grant and Chloe are 2 of the best employees there, hope they at least get treated good.Also, at the time of me quitting, each employee is given a $25 free pizza coupon card. Within the last couple weeks of my shiftsof working there I have earned to. The day of me quitting, I was going in to go pick up the two pizza cards that I have earnedfor working there, I was going to use them on December 19 for my brothers birthday. The two ladies at the register both havesaid if you don?t work here anymore you don?t get the pizza cards. I said well that?s not what Rosie said. Today 11/13/21. At 4:30pm.. I was waiting for my pizza to be made. There was a rude customer and her daughter complaining about... a certain pizza being made not like how another location has made hers in the past. The two young ladies who were working werebeing so kind and served her as well as possible and at a timely manner. I witnessed the whole interaction and just wanted tosay great job to these Papa Murphy?s employees for keeping a great work ethic through the entire process! ???? Read more

Busy place, but good pizza and you should call ahead if you can during dinner hours
