I?ve put off writing this because the location has been my go to and my favorite for years. But this last year, everything fell... apart at this location. Worker attitudes to patrons, repeated incorrect orders, just general lousy service. I used to go inevery morning for nearly three years since I moved here, but now it?s too painful to see how it has changed. Luckily, theyopened a new one same distance and with a drive through. They provide the exceptional service I came to expect! Lillyanne andthe staff who excused her behavior (?sorry, she?s been here since 5:30am?) should visit the new store and bring back goodservice. Dog friendly! I was very happy I could bring my dog in this store to retrieve my mobile order. I'm never sure so I called ahead... to make sure it was okay and Allie said as long as my dog was on a leash, we could both come in. I appreciate this because Iknow my dog would not be able to just wait outside and I'd rather not leave her in the car. If they had said no, my businesswould have gone elsewhere, especially since this location does not have a drive-thru. Thanks!!! Read more

The service at this location has gone right down hill. I have been overcharged on my card after reloading it. I have been... charged regular price instead reward member price. Today, I ordered a Grande Americano and was charged $2.95 when I should ofbeen charged $2.65. The past two weeks my coffee hasn?t been hot in the morning. I?ve been served lukewarm coffee instead of hotcoffee. My daughter has had to take back drinks multiple times because they weren?t made right. I will not be coming back tothis location. I will order from my mobile app from now on. I don?t trust these people handling money/debit transactions. I?m aregular customer who spends a lot of money in Starbucks and in return their ripping me off. Stealing money from me bits at atime. It?s best you avoid ordering at the counter so you can keep track of your purchase on your app. That way you have fullcontrol. The less you deal with these people the better off you?ll be. Read more

I've been coming in here for the last 29 months. I have noticed that my service has been slowly getting slower and slower. My... order is the same every Saturday Blue Berry scone, Lemon Loaf, Grande Latte and Mocha 14.40. Today was the epitome of the lastthree weeks. I order then they sit my latte out and I wait while the nice lady who came in and ordered from the counter justlike me gets her order. Today however when I got back with my order my wife's Mocha was only 3/4 of the way full. So from now oncan you Human Bean, Dutch Brothers, Black Stone, I can anything but Starbucks. Read more

Lisa is awesome at this location! One day I wasn't thinking and forgot to pickup my breakfast along with my coffee. Still two... days later she remembered and had new egg bites waiting for me with my coffee order. I didn't even have to ask or order it.Thats definitely above and beyond service.
