They say they closed at 9pm so I drove all the way here from SE Powell and 29th and they were closed 45 mins early very unhappy
I used to like this place but there is an older lady barista now who is just a b. Also every time I WALK down there they say... they are on a break and they?ll be back in 30 and I always wait and they never come back. This was maybe the worst Starbucks experience I?ve ever had. I give two stars, because one of the baristas was working really... hard and doing double time, because the other barista was walking about refilling barely empty lids while there was a huge line.Then other said barista was extreme rude. I ordered a wrap they didn?t have and said they couldn?t refund me and I had to go tocustomer service. It was such a weird Starbucks experience. Read more
Worst Starbucks I?ve been to in the 5 or 6 states I visit. Today is the last attempt I will give to this place in the last two... years I?ve lived near this Fred Meyer. Prior to today they have never been consistent on when they close and they?re usually outof something. Today, no cold brew, no large cups, and the ladies were ambivalent about my order. Not trying to mention if theyhave iced coffee or a sympathetic mentality. Kind of shrugged and that was it after telling me they didn?t have either part ofmy order. I?ve been in hospitality for 25 years and if you don?t have something you try and offer something comparable or ATLEAST apologize BEFORE you mention what you are out of. Bye girls bye. Both the ladies were very nice and greeted me with a smile I'm pretty sure given they had masks they are very professional and... my drink was delicious it was made to my specifications that i requested the lady that rang out my order I think her name wasAngel she has great customer service skills like she wrote the book on it. I have been to some of the different locations inPortland an they could definitely learn from the way she treats people with her professionalism definitely go out of my way tothis Starbucks for the great customer service great people and great coffee thank you for makeing my day better . Crystalline is her name I don?t typically write reviews. That being said, I was just sassed by an employee for being on my... phone. This same employee let me stand at the front of the line for 5 solid real minutes before taking my order. Upon taking myorder decided it was her job to correct my etiquette. ?Being on your phone is so rude? I didn?t come to Starbucks for sass. Icame for a $7 dirty chai on top of which I left a $2 tip. In the end I got a sub par beverage with a side of sass. Read more
Baristas do a good job with drink orders. Love the convenience of getting a coffee while I shop or to take home with me. Only... thing I don't like is that because this isn't a "corporate" store, I find they don't participate in challenges. Yes, you getyour regular stars, you just don't get "credit" for challenges.
