I work in this area appx every 6 months and keep giving this Sbucks 2nd chances, since its the closest to me. They consistently... let me down. Yest the espresso machine was 'broken', today it works, so I give em a try. Same drink Ive ordered in over 200Starbucks across the country thousands of times. Always comes out the same. Except this store. It was too full of espresso,which left no room for cream. Barista blamed the machine. Ive given this location a try at least 5 times over the last 3 yearsand always a fail. You know what that means...poor management. Trash the whole crew and start all over. Dont bother with thislocation, go across to the CTC store at the mall. They get it right, like you count on from Starbucks everywhere. Read more
Had to stand there and listen to a five minute conversation between two employees about some guy they had a crush on while they... refused to awknowledge my existence or tell me that the drink they had just finished was mine so I awkwardly stared at it notknowing, waiting to find a point in their mindless and inapropriate chatter that I could ask a simple question and when finallyI could I was regarded as if I was interrupting and out of line for asking. the girls never ever smile at me even when i smile at them. ordered one of the newer drinks and a blueberry scone. i paid and... waited for my stuff. after she gave me my drink she started to walk away and i asked for my scone and she looked confused whileher other coworker said "oh yea i forgot" she grabbed what turned out to be a really old scone that was super dry and hard toeat. im assuming it was from the day before if not even two days before. i threw the scone in the garbage. drink was goodthough. Whoever was working the counter this morning was unfortunately rude. She was by herself and trying to keep up with the line,... which I don?t understand why on a sat morning she would be working by herself in the first place? She made me hot drinks insteadof cold, which I specified at the beginning, said this to her and she repeated back ?that?s not what you said but okay?. Tookthe drink off the pedestal and threw it in the sink. I just found it completely unnecessary to talk to a customer like that, Iknew she was frustrated and trying to keep up but damn. Please make your staff heavier in the morning because no one should bestressed out like that. Read more
