I work at the hospital across the Sunnyside Rd and walked on my break to the store to buy coffee for my whole unit (10 people).... Once there, I saw the note on the door saying that the store was closed due to staffing (but the drive thru was open). Eventhough there were three staff workers inside (and no cars in the drive thru lane), I was not able to purchase anything since Idid not have my car nearby. Very disappointing. Owners, please hire enough staff or you will go out of business... :( Read more
I was told I had to go back to the end of the line if I wanted to add a bakery item , just for that , it was really... disappointing especially after I turned the corner and saw the she only had 2 it 3 the vehicles in line but to all the otherbaristas there have been super awesome to me, much appreciated, thank you ???? I spent 5.65 $ for a pink drink with no ice and I didn't even get a full venti as you can see from the picture how they just... delivered it. I am disappointed, this never happened in my life , is it a new thing to give customers less drink if they don'twant the ice?? I'll drive to the other Starbucks next time ! Read more
Average Starbucks location. I ordered a latte and a double smoked bacon sandwich. Starbucks sandwiches used to be a lot better.... I know they arrive frozen individually wrapped in plastic, and the staff puts them in convection ovens and warms them up... Butthe sandwiches have gotten really bad these days. They're usually warm and crispy on the outside, but on the inside they'rereally soggy and taste undercooked. This last sandwich I bought I ended up throwing out half of it because the bacon in themiddle was raw and the egg/muffin we're super soggy. The muffin doesn't even look cooked all the way on the outside itself.Gross.. Read more
I have usually been going to this Starbucks but that may change Had a large order $41. But it keeps you in business. Food was... good but breakfast sandwich was jammed into bad so that most of it was stuck to inside of bag. Drinks tasted good but whippedcream was put on drinks requested not have any. Person taking drive thru order was rude and abrupt, like I was interfering withher day. Person at window( may have been same) put a cake pop between two hot sandwiches which resulted in a mess. She didn?teven acknowledge me really. I?m not one for the idol chit chat but would like some hi or something. She was bothered that Iasked for a drink carrier. Had 4 drinks. She passed the drinks and the bag of food thru the window. Didn?t say a peep to me.Didn?t look at me. I felt she was very very rude. The manager needs to have a conversation with the employees. The new facility is really nice and having a drive through in this area is great. The last two times I?ve order my drink it?s... been completely wrong or taste awful. It why I stop going to Starbucks. The one in the Oregon city shopping area is the only onethat is capable of making drinks that task like I?m ordering. Read more
I stopped in the grab a White Chocolate Mocha to get warm and be festive. The crew was very busy, I was amazed how efficient... they were. The location was spartan and clean. Sadly they didnt have the smaller version of You Are Here mugs, I collect. I hada seat and enjoyed my mocha and listened to music. Edit. Since my initial visit I've been back twice, for a bagel with cheese togo with my coffee. Both times they have neglected to offer a utensil to spread the cheese. Read more
