Understaffed, waited 30+ minutes for our order for 2 people. Burrito Supreme was drippy and soggy. Nothing close to what I've... had in the past. No front counter person. Had to use the kiosk to order and pay. Had to wait 30+ minutes for drinks too. Thedrive up line was extremely long, plus there were many people inside waiting. I watched and noticed there were only 2 peoplemaking the food. There was no way they could keep up. If I had to work there I probably would have walked!! Message toowner/manager hire more people!! You're risking losing customers permenately!!!! Read more

We came here for dinner and ordered the burrito taco pack and 2 of the Doritos Nachos tacos. We were disappointed because we had... 2 coupons for the Doritos tacos and they would only take one. Then once we got the food, it was disappointing because the tacomeat didn't taste like it had any spices in it and only tasted like it was ground meat. Also the tacos were only half full ofingredients so we felt like we only got half of the order we had paid for. The staff was not friendly about not taking thesecond coupon and in fact was bordering on being rude about it. I didn't feel like I was a valued customer here. It wasn't theone who was taking the order, it was the backup manager on the headset. We felt as if the tacos were half full because we werebeing punished for asking them to take their own coupons and them trying to make up for the 1 free taco. For this reason, wecannot recommend this place. This is our experience, hopefully yours is better. Read more
UNBELIEVABLE. After a very long day of food delivery on one of the hottest days of the year, we had two last orders to pick up... at Taco Bell around 9:30pm. After waiting in the very long drive-thru line, we were told that we couldn't pick up two orders atthe same time. No, they told us that we had to wait in that VERY long drive-thru line TWICE, because they would allow "only oneorder per car". (Their lobby was locked, so you couldn't order OR pick up inside.) Really, Taco Bell? REALLY? You think thatit's okay to jerk customers around like this?? Especially FOOD DELIVERY DRIVERS?? (After reading reviews, it seems that OTHERdelivery drivers have had this issue here too!) Seriously, folks, give your business to another restaurant that doesn't playthese bulls**t games. Read more
Out of all taco bell experiences; this was a pleasant surprise. The delightful lady with glasses, who was working the counter,... not only remembered my name, smiled, and did a great job on getting the order ready. In today's world, finding a pleasant, competent worker is a challenge. To whomever is her boss, please give this lady a raise, and pass on my gratitude for herwork. this by far the best taco bell in the clackamas area. I've been holding up my sign promoting business for many years.. they got... fast service, great customer service and the food is fantastic and hot. fresh yummy and totally approved by weight watchers. ifyour in that cult. great family restaurant. Taco bell update.. Went to this fine establishment yesterday but wasn't impressed.I know it's fast food you get what you pay for but this wasn't the best. Sorry guys I gotta keep it real. Yuck yuck yuck. Twobites out of my cheesy gordita crunch and I knew right then yall have had a staff change. Cook the food properly. The gorditashell was crunchy the taco wasn't even warmed and it was nasty. The price is ridiculous but I guess that's what you get for fastfood. Customer was okay. Not only is this place not open often in the evening due to employees getting high outside instead of working but they also dont... match their online menu at all! I normally use the online menu to order but more often than not it hasn't worked for some reasonso today I decided to just go to the drive though and order but they had no idea what a cravings box was even though we got onethe other night..... The lady had me trying to buy a $22+ instead. Had to leave the drive thru with nothing. Read more
