This might be their worst location. I understand wait times and all that, so I'm not going to complain about that. But the... employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. Half of them were just standing there, just talking and not doing anything.When my husband asked how much longer for our order, which he only asked ONCE, they were very rude about it. It's one thing ifwe were being rude or constantly asking them, but we literally asked ONE TIME. And that's only because we had been waiting 35minutes already with no one else waiting or ordering. Made a big order online, my first time going to this location. The restaurant was dirty, only one person running the kitchen and... first impression was not good. The kid in the kitchen had long hair and no hair net. His dreads looked like they were longenough to touch the food when he was preparing it. The poor girl at the register looked super stressed with the long line ofcustomers and only her to take orders. Just messy and dirty place, very unorganized and underemployed. Food was good. But Idon?t think I?ll be going back to this location, don?t like my food to be made in a dirty kitchen. Read more
I've really tried to love it. Every time we order, we pay extra for blue cheese (which is ridiculous) and we always end up... getting ranch (free on the menu). Never call to complain, but last time I finally did. Was told manager would call tomorrowbecause they "just left 5min ago", of course as expected no call. So disappointed, have heard such good things about this chain.The wings themselves were just ok, sauce, mediocre. Read more
I am NEVER one to complain or write reviews as I am someone who works in the service industry as well, but this place is... horrible. We were told after we ordered it would take 20 minutes to get our food, there was NO ONE in the restaurant with 5employees hanging out in the kitchen. Not only were they cussing at each other, laughing & standing around, they were talkingabout my friend and I thinking we couldn?t hear or see it? Not sure why one of them had a backpack on while in the kitchen..? 35minutes later we get our food & there?s a long hair in it. I love Wingstop but I am so bummed that this one absolutely sucks. The absolute worst experience I've ever had with any Wingstop location.... I actually ordered from DoorDash and was pleasantly... surprised that my order was going to arrive so quickly... However that was probably due to the fact that my entire order wascompiled from scraps... Wings were so dry, tasteless, and pathetic looking that I thought they completely forgot the sauce. The only reason I stopped thinking that was because I did end up with some orange tint on my fingers - so maybe they did add atiny little drop. I tried to counter the dry, tasteless chicken with blue cheese dressing, but it was runnier than milk. Itcouldn't even be possible to water down that dressing any more than it already was. Celery and carrot sticks (which I hadordered carrots only) were SHAVINGS. Like, 1/4"x3" sticks (MAX SIZE), and 4 of each. The group combo came with large friestoo, but we all love the fries, so I ordered an additional side of small fries. I would say that each portion of fries BARELYfilled the small basket and neither were seasoned. Like, it wasn't just one thing was skimped or there was a tiny error. Itwas literally EVERY ASPECT of my order last night was horrible. And I didn't even intend on leaving a review at first. I justwanted to figure out if Wingstop is a franchise since this particular location seems to be cutting EVERY possible corner thereis to cut. What a shame. Read more
I have to admit that I'm a bit surprised by some of these review, except for wait times. Expected order time is all over the... place: might be right on the nose or you'll be waiting for 30 minutes. I've had food from here via both pickup and delivery,theother night was the latter. The order was on time and was absolutely delicious! The parmesan is so wonderful, the wings are socrispy, and everything was packaged well. You might want to ask for the fries to be "extra done" it really adds a nice texture,and if you're ordering delivery, they will still be tasty when they arrive. Now, if we're being honest, their ranch is reallywhat holds this place together. The recipe was surely sent from the gods for us to enjoy with dismantled chickens. Don't missout. I will admit that I think a "large" fries should definitely be filled up a little more, it's a slight problem. I'll makesure this place stays in my rotation of "treat myself" takeout places. Make the drive to the one near Eastport plaza. This location ALWAYS forgets something, seasoning is always either SUPER heavy or... super light, never consistent. They always forget sauces, veggie sticks, etc. They also take forever and are late every singletime. I gave them so many chances but they fell off hard. Whoever owns it needs to train their employees better. Read more
I?m not usually one to complain, but my order was recently super terrible.i ordered 40 lemon pepper wings and 1 large fry. The... family pack. The wings tasted over cooked and were not seasoned lemon pepper at all. They were so bland. Also the fries werecompletely raw/ undercooked. I waited 20 minutes on the phone before I could speak with anyone. Take a look at this wing. Noseasoning or even pepper on it. Read more
