This place had great food and fun service! I don't think they expected us to dine in.... But we did and they made it fun.
Tried twisters tonight, pizza was realy good with lots of toppings. Will definitely order again. Support local!
How the mighty have fallen. There was once a time the iconic Twisters Jumbo Donair sat atop the throne as the biggest, badest,... and best Donair in the city. Now it's just a shadow of it's former self. Nothing but an over priced wrap that includes some formof donair sandwich meat. Long gone are the days of the chunky cut, mismatched, fried to perfection meat that was stuffed into anover whelmed extra large wrap that attemped to contain the delicious madness. Oh the memories. Always very friendly service, and never takes longer than about 20 minutes for my food to be ready. I've never had a bad meal... here, and I always get thanked profusely for supporting their business. Have the donair pizza--it's the best I've ever had. Read more
My family's first experience here had us order a few pizzas and donairs, with appetizers. However we had to repeat ourselves 3... times, they finally repeated it back flawlessly, THEN typed it in. All through the time they had an attitude, including withstaff from the back. While we waited 3 other family's (2 order in shop, 1 order on phone) complaining about missing items,incorrect items, and excessive waits (1 hour plus, but the order wasnt started). When we received our order, we went to inspectto be safe, but the cook came up to go "It is all in there", yet it was missing an item (to which they had repeated it back, andyet claimed we didn't order it), one of our donairs were incorrect, and our fried cheese curds were instead substituted withMacNCheese bites. We gave the benefit of the doubt for this one time and tried them again today, a month later. They kept beingrude over the phone, claiming they didn't sell items that were on their in store menu, including promotions. It took 3 phonecalls to get this sorted andcompletely change our order because the order we tried to make they wouldn't accept. I have 0intention of eating here again. I don't leave negative reviews as I understand that in food sometimes you have a bad day.However I also cannot tolerate it simply being the status quo of a restaraunt. Read more
Huge wings but the pizza was very good and fast delivery!
