Ordered a chef salad with dressing, fries with ketchup and fried shrimp with cocktail sauce. We Had it delivered with no... dressing, no utensils , no ketchup no cocktail sauce. Also, who puts pickles on a chef salad!!?? Called the restaurant and hesaid sorry, leave us a review on yelp and google! WTH? Horrible customer service! So $63 and can?t eat salad, don?t care forshrimp and no ketchup for fries. Read more
I want to start this review by saying I have always been a big fan of this American Deli location, until tonight. Tried to order... our usual meals, they were out. No big deal, I decided to give the fish a try, big mistake. When they brought the fish out, itstarted out smelling super fishy, i opened the box and the smell of a dumpster filled my truck and I immediately start gaggingfrom the smell. Took it back in a tried to swap it for some other food, was told i could order more and pay for it. Asked for arefund, was told manager doesn?t allow refunds. So we were stuck with leaving the food on the counter and going somewhere else.Will not be returning to this location. Read more
I wanted so bad to give this place 5 stars. We go here often and never had a problem! We ordered fish for the first time and the... smell was absolutely awful. We tried to get a refund or swap it out and we?re told no. My boyfriends truck still smells like adumpster, I?ve never smelled anything like it. I would love for the owner to reach out to me one way or another and for us tofix this problem. Read more
The boneless wings are not what the picture looks like nor is it what I?ve usually ordered I?ve ordered door dash here over 50 x... and I?m super upset that I waisted my money on these the texture is different as well as the way that it?s cooked not crispy orany thing anymore. Read more
American Deli in Clanton, Alabama was the absolute worst restaurant experience ever. The employees were on their phones talking,... the cashier was rude, the air didn't work ,the dining area was extremely hot, as if the heat was on. I ordered lemon pepperwings wet and it looked like slime was on them, the fries were over cooked, and hard. The building was clean and the bathroomtoo. My order supposed to be ready 10:47am, a $160 order. The cashier said it wasn't ready and it will take 15 minutes and be... reasonable. I had to get my one drinks for take out order. Cooker was making 2 items at the time. I told him that apparently hedidn't understand my urgency and I needed to leave and his reply was "I don't work on the kitchen". When the items were ready topack then he was waiting and comparing them to the ticket. I was going to pack them my self but he got upset. He said any issuesto complain in the website. He was the owner. I told him if he was the owner he should care more about customer service. When Igot to my destination my order was missing 2 burgers...for which they charged delivery fee. Terrible customer service. Ordered $60+ in food and got home to find a kids chicken finger and fry meal was left out. My husband... called and went back to get it and still waited 30 mins to even get it. During that time they were extremely rude and evenargued with my husband saying that they had given him all of our food, which they did not. Then they told him he was ?lucky? tobe getting the food for free??the food that we already paid for and they LEFT OUT. Also their prices on the menu and in theregisters are not the same.
