The best experience I've had at any restaurant in years. They were busy, and looked to be short on staff. The manager Trinity... was killing it, she was so nice. I had a party of 3 and she took care of us and all the customers like a pro. Drive thru wasslammed, we were dine in. Everything was hot and tasty. We stopped in on the way to a football game and I ordered the new Spicy Big Fish Sandwich and It was a really good sandwich,... might have been just a touch over cooked but not bad. Any way it is definitely a real good sandwich, oh yeah a little tough toeat while you're driving so be careful. Read more
I went to Captain D?s to order my Family some food and get a replacement order. When I told the manager about the the... replacement order she began to get smart with me and reprimand me like it was my fault. I was just going off the information thelast manager promised me from my last visit. Also lately when I visited they have continued to mess up my order and not give methe correct sauces that I asked for. If I ask for simple sauce like tartar or honey mustard they always give me dozens ofcocktail sauce which I don?t eat. They need to pay more attention to the customers. Read more
The lady that took our order was exceptional. The cook did an outstanding job on our order. It was so good that we thought about... having it again but from another location. Sherree is an asset to this establishment. So genuine and professional. We had an issue with our food and Sherree made it right.... As we sat and waited on our food, it was obvious that she makes this place run. She was so attentive and nice to the othercustomers as well and made sure everybody was taken care of. Awesome online ordering and curbside pick up experience. It was ready on time. I literally put my truck in park and looked in... rearview window to see the employee bringing my order to me. So attentive, she noticed we didnt choose sauces online so sheasked if I wanted any. Super fast, friendly service. Our food tastes great. You guys are awesome!! Thank you!! Read more
If you are in the Chilton County area and are looking for some seafood at a very reasonable price, then this is the restaurant... for you. Actually, I don't think there are any other seafood restaurants around anyway. This is definitely one of the bestCaptain D's locations I have ever visited. The employees get my order correct every single time. They are always very polite andhelpful. The manager is great. I recommend visiting this Captain D's. Read more
