Clanton was our hometown, and jacks was always the place to go.. we don?t have a jacks where we live. We came by here at around... 6:15 on a Sunday evening, but the doors were locked. The sign says they?re open until 10pm on a Sunday. There was no sign on thedoor that said otherwise. Tried to call but no answer. Read more
I would give 5 stars, not 4, if there were not such a bias toward the drive-through orders. There were many cars in the line, so... I went inside to order, thinking that I could save a little time by ordering in parallel with the others. Instead, 5 or 6drive-through orders -- that were placed *after* mine -- were filled *before* mine! (And mine was not a big or complex orderthat would take extra time.) Being in line at the counter should NOT mean being treated as less important! Read more
They move people through very fast and are kind an courteous. Took 1 star off due to undercooked fries.
Hit in rear end while placing an order. Worker demanded I move before being able to get pictures. Also the iced coffee is... lacking. Read more
I absolutely LOVE this jacks... best location in town, been going here religiously for about 8 years. But today i went through... the drive thru around 9pm.. got sweet teas that tasted like bleach or some sort of very strong cleaning solution. Never had anissue here before, but i wont be ordering sweet tea again. Read more
I love Jack's Hamburgers. But lately, none of the ones around my hometown are very friendly when you go. It's a shame really. If... not for the customer, the place would cease to be in business and the workers would get no pay! I thought everyone knewthat! Always treat your customers with a friendly voice and face! I go here all the time. I love it. I usually never have problems besides attitudes, but i recommend checking your food BEFORE... you leave because i ordered mashed potatoes and gravy with gravy on the side and ? this is what i got. i don?t know who istripping, but this isn?t it. i?m not really mad, just what the hell.
