This location is pretty decent, the employees here are great. My husband sometimes has to wait a few minutes for me to pick him... up at this location since the gas station next door is temporarily closed, and when we get something to eat, they'll drop ourchicken fresh by request. My husband's very picky about his chicken calling he wants it piping hot when it gets to him. Read more

Had a great experience here when we met a young man that was a new hire and his customer service was so professional I couldn't... believe it was his first job ever.. he did a better job (in my opinion) than his manager did and it blew my mind because youjust don't see that in young people anymore... But beyond that the food was made like it looks in the commercials which as weall know never happens but it did this time and I was very impressed with the whole experience... I will never be back here again. To start I ordered a gravy biscuit for me, and a side of eggs and cheese for my daughter. To... start off, they put the eggs in the the gravy biscuit and now she has gravy eggs. As I?m feeding her bites of egg without thegravy I see there is hair cooked into the egg. Then I call, the manager tells me to come back and I explain to him I?m at work,and can not leave. He said ?I?m sorry about that, have a great day? ???????? wow! I mean just wow!!! Update: the lady thatworks next to me took it back for me and they did remake it. And guess what? They gave my baby burnt eggs. I?m so disgusted withthis location. And again I?ll never be back. Service was phenomenal! 1st time in a Jack's and I'm mad I never tried it before now! Amazing service and meal.
Service was excellent!!! The smell of the dining room and rest rooms were terrible!! There was soap or paper towels in the mens... rest room. And the bathrooms had not been cleaned in who knows how long. The staff was cleaning and dusting and cleaning abovethe food during open hours. Read more
