My family frequents Neighborhood Grill several times each week. We have never been disappointed with the food we have gotten.... The service is great too. Cassidy is phenomenal!! She always knows our drink orders ahead of time and she takes such good careof us when we are there. We always ask for her to be our server and if it is possible, we are obliged!! My wife and I ate here a few months ago as we were frequent customers, knew they offered great service and great food. Well this... time we were highly disappointed. Not a busy day which was unusual, we were seated immediately. We order shortly after beingseated and greeted by our server. Roughly 10 minutes after we?re seated, a party of 5 were seated. This table was strictlycatered to. Every server and hostess is taking on this one table. 25-30 minutes go by we?re still waiting for our food. Theparty of 5 receives their food before we do. We mentioned this to our server where she states their food was simpler to cook.Maybe?however we ordered before they were seated. We finally receive our food and it?s cold. I inquired to the restaurant ifthey were under new management. Nothing had changed. My concern was taken and the owner would be reaching out. He did, concernwas given to where he defended the server, and offered a gift card to my wife and I. To this day we still have not received thatgift card. Nor have we returned to the establishment. Really great service and solid offerings. You can tell there is a caterer behind this establishment as they care about the food... and flavor. We've never had a long wait and appreciate the emphasis on good service and satisfaction. This is a great selectionfor a family meal at really reasonable prices. A special note: we were there after an unexpected loss of a loved one in town.Each time we visited, we momentarily were able to talk about the food and experience which allowed us to temporarily take ourminds off of the sorrow. We were looking for a place to eat and Neighborhood Grill was a little far from were we were, but after reading the reviews we... wanted to try this restaurant. I'm glad we made the trip. My boyfriend and I drive a truck for a living we are parked at the Love's truck stop and we were able Bobtail to make it over... here this evening for dinner this is a You Got To Eat Here Place. Jason Lee the chef and is the owner, knows what he is doingIn the kitchen I had the opportunity to meet him and speak with him, he cares about quality and there is plenty of quantity andthe prices are great. My boyfriend porkchop was fork tender to cut, and my ribeye steak was absolutely delicious we had thegouda cheese grits and the sweet potato smash everything was absolutely delicious. The young man that was our server Jacob wasoff the chain courteous and knowledgeable. We just had an extraordinary lunch at Neighborhood Grill. My husband had the burger and I had shrimp tacos. Both were... excellent! Kaitland, our server, was wonderful and the prices were reasonable . The gooey fries and brownie were also good. What a great restaurant! Read more
We were there tonight and Gavin was our server. He is absolutely THE BEST server!!! Always friendly and knows exactly what to... recommend on the menu.
