Placed an order through Papa John?s call center and when I got to the store to pick up my order one of my pizzas was wrong. The... general manager, Larry Davis, was super apologetic! He took that pizza off of my total and fixed my order immediately. He stillgave me that pizza and the corrected one. I got 4 pizzas for a very good price. Read more

i ordered 2 pizza come to find out its just dough with melted toppings. then i call to complain so they dont keep doing this to... the rest of the customers and they dont bother to answer. after 30 min on hold listening to the prereccored stoner talk aboutpizza on hold my oven has finally finished cooking it so im about an hour anda half from when i placed my order and i canfinally eat even though i picked it up 45 min ago. not sure ill be back. List of no's 1. Man was outside smoking when I picked up my order 2. Name was not even close to my name had to verify through... phone number 3. Order was wrong 4. When i picked up the order and noticed it was wrong and explained to the man. No offer toremake was given. When a customer states no on an item and says their allergic then yes it should be remade. I don't know who was making the pizza tonight, but they deserve a raise. Getting food out these days is so hit or miss, but... tonight it was perfect. Ordered online, it was ready when we got there, and honestly was one of the best pizzas we've evergotten from a Papa John's. Well done & thank you. Read more
It sure seems that almost everywhere has truly diminished over the past year, and I'm sure that the pandemic is the root to... this. It wasn't horrible food it's the customer service that really made this a bad experience. I don't know why just seemsthat few people actually care and take pride in the job they are doing. I mean $75 for a few pizzas that even though I correctedtwice during the order it self, and they still got wrong. Which never did get corrected the young woman after I explained (I placed order you repeated back wrong, I corrected you repeated back the first mistake twice corrected again , simply said okaypayed and I got what you repeated twice wrong) and very rude I said that this is wrong she just stood there and then saidsomething very snide . I said that I was just going to take this order because I didn't want to waste $75 in food and if I couldjust get our two dessert we order. Oh yeah it will be like 15 minutes, waited went in to get the rest I get oh I forgot didn't order that . Food is good, but I ordered carry out. App said 14 -24 minutes. I got there 20 mins later, was told it would be another 20 mins.... Here I sit waiting on my pizza, over an hour late. App needs to update time correctly Read more
