Used the online order function and went to pick it up. When I got there, they said it was being made and that it would be out in... a few minutes. 25 minutes later, I asked them again where it was and they brought it out instantly. Really confused why it took25 minutes when I was told it would be much sooner. Two of my items were blasts and I had to drink mine from a straw because itwas so melted already. Not very pleased. This location needs better management and better training. They pretty much stopped taking orders completely for about thirty... minutes to "get the highschool kids out by 9". I tried two stalls (thought the first may have been broke) and sat at the drivethru speaker for ten minutes and that's what they told me when I called the store, but then they still never answered the drivethru. I finally placed my order online. I know it gets busy, and I know all about labor costs and having to send people homewhen it's slow, then catching a rush, but to watch all work stop for half an hour and at least 5 customers leave is ridiculous.I worked at a sonic for three years and I couldn't fathom it being ran this way. The soft pretzel was good.. the only thing consistent here is regret.. ordered the large popcorn chicken.. got the entire cup of... just crumbs.. the hard breading bits . All about the size of my thumb nail and smaller.(broke em open to look for chicken foundnone). bonus points were achieved as I was feeding my dogs the popcorn chicken aka breading crumbles and found a hair ..overall, disappointed, waisted money, and disgusted.. .. please avoid unless you enjoy being ripped off and disappointed.. My mediun buffalo sauced jumbo popcorn chicken... theres no chicken; I sent my coworker to get me this and they didn't even give... her a receipt, they said yah we can grt it for you but then took forever to come back with the receipt. And then corporate saysto escalate this... but last time I had to complain about something they didn't respond either. So just don't buy food here lol. Read more
Ordered at 7pm. At 7:45 we asked a carhop if it was getting close to being ready. She went inside and found our order. 10... minutes later it was brought to us cold. As ice. She said it got entered into the wrong system. There's no telling how long itsat waiting to be delivered to us. The carhop was helpful and did what she could to find our order. We won't be back. Knowing ithad been sitting, they should have offered to make a fresh order. Or discount the cold food we were given. Read more
Looking forward to a rich hot fudge milkshake but what I received tasted like a vanilla shake. Barely enough chocolate to make... it tan in color. Don't know if this is skimping or poor employee training but was not happy with the shake. This is not my localSonic. My local Sonic is no better and I stopped eating there. I previously had a very good shake from this Sonic which is why Idrove ten miles off my travel route to get the milkshake. Very disappointed. Another Sonic on my no stop list. Read more
I just got food there. I ordered a large super sonic double bacon cheeseburger combo, chicken strip combo with fries, 2 Jr... burgers and 2 large chili cheese tots. I got a sonic bacon cheeseburger med size, chicken strip with tots not fries, and 2 Jrburgers with barely anything on them and 2 med chili cheese tots with no chili. Nothing I ordered was right and I told the girltwice! I didn't not find this all out till I got home about 15 miles away! I WILL NOT GO BACK THERE AGAIN!!!! Get betterpeople to work there. The boy at the drive thru spoke so low you could hardly hear him and he was busy chatting with otherco-workers to pay attention to what he was doing!!! Sorry service and sorry food on top of that!!! This place is hit or miss. Many times I have went and food was ok but many times I have went and it has been bad. Bad like moldy... bread, fried food that taste like rancid oil/grease, slimey stuff in slushy. The building is run down and definitely needsupdates. It also smells bad when they open the drive thru window like days old bleach water and moldy rags. I have made manycomplaints to staff, management, and even upper management and contacting corporate it never changes or it does for a week thengoes back down hill. Read more
