I give then 2 stars because when I called and placed the order the young lady was friendly. Otherwise it would be 1. We placed... our order at 1046 am on a Wednesday so they were not in the lunch rush. I called back and asked them to take the collards off.So my husband goes to pickup order and told them his name. They told him they were working on it. So he stood there 10 minutesand finally another person asked his name she said its right here. The order was waiting at the counter the whole time.
