I took a chance on trying a new place for my friend's birthday. Gosh, four stars? Maybe we caught them on a bad day. Staff was... unfriendly to the point of being rude. The salsa, which I normally flavor my food with, was terrible. The food was okay. Themargarita was not great. Go another mile or two down the road to El Agave instead. Terrible service! This used to be our favorite place but the last few times we?ve went, it has been a horrible experience. You... don?t get what you pay for and the lady in charge now is very rude and doesn?t seem to care about her customers. I picked upchicken soup today and there wasn?t one piece of chicken in it and she refused to give a refund and not only that, she actuallycalled just to tell me that, because I called and told her we wouldn?t be back because there?s always some kind of issue and Itold her thank you have a nice day. Who calls a customer back to tell them they was gonna refund them but changed their mind! Iwork at a hotel and used to tell all my guests to go there but those days are over. Take out orders are often wrong, or missing components. Charged $11 for one cheese dip on takeout (its not that expensive) and... didn't even receive salsa, after being brought the wrong order the first time. Restaurant also wouldn't fix the issue with ouractual order. Don't recommend, other restaurants near there are better. Read more
