Waited over 45 minutes for food. Last plate was brought out 10 minutes after the rest. Fries were cold and gross. Burgers over... cooked, edges almost burnt. Chicken strips way over cooked. Fish greasy, Hushpuppies were totally burnt and smelled gross, sentthem back only to be brought more burnt hushpuppies. Order 2 hot fudge brownie Sundays to go and didn't even get ice cream andonly about a teaspoon of whip cream each. Service was slow. Waitress only came to table once after taking order and once afterall food was delivered. Never even brought our check to the table. Very rude when I told her the hushpuppies were not edibleacted like black hushpuppies were acceptable, even argued that they can only make them that dark or they would be raw.. Stopped in for the nostalgia of Big Boys. Burgers were both great and what's you expect. The fries were ok if you like crispy... from being dropped back in the fryers so they were like stale crispy. Still smashed it all though. Read more
Worst experience I?ve ever had. Food was cold. Burger came out wrong and when asked to fix it the waitress was kind of rude.... Never got any refills, bathroom was disgusting. If I could give a zero I would. Waitress kept piling dirty dishes next to ourtable. We took one bite and asked for our check. Disgusting. Do better. Read more
It was one of if not the worst restaurant I have eaten in. We tried it about 2 months ago and had a similar experience, we like... Big Boys so we thought we would give it another try. The service seems to have gotten worse. We were seated right away. It took10 minutes for someone to take our drink order. Another 10 to get our tea and take our order. I am not sure what it was but itdid not taste like tea, basically undrinkable. Another 25 minutes and the waitress returned to inform my wife that there was noStrawberry pie. So she ordered a different pie. The waitress then came back and asked if I wanted chicken on my salad. I couldunderstand it if they were busy but there were less then 10 people in the place and 4 waitresses working, 3 of them were by theregister talking the whole time. If I could give this restraunt a zero score I would. We waited for over an hour for our food and then it was cold and not very... good we had to send an item back which was mac and cheese and they didnt put the cheese on it. Some of the people in our groupdidnt get what they ordered. We told them we were not happy and she just shrugged and walk away. I heard the staff complainingabout the food that we had to take back they were rude. The bathrooms were gross I told them that they needed attention and wesat there for over 1 hour and the place was dead and nobody went to clean them. Not impressed at all. Read more
